location, had all the basics
the room was freezing cold when we got there. we also realized that there was cold air coming from the living room window as it wasnt sealed properly and sleeping on the sofa bed was very uncomfortable due to the cold draft

Close to the centre and a good small place
The cleaning. Somethings where still dirty and when you leave you need to clean everything by yourself or you need to pay a amount of money.
Just put the cleaning cost in the booking cost.

Proximity to the supermarket, slopes, central location. Beds were comfortable, facilities were excellent. And kids loved the sauna and TV 🙂.
During our stay from 24th December till 3rd January, a fire alarm went off 3 times, we were not the ones setting it off. It must be really frustrating for emergency services to come out due to silly human errors. I wonder whether something could be done to prevent unnecessary alarms.
Bed covers could have been cleaner (duvets and linen were ok).

I had use other hotel for find key/code... wrong phone number was given in information from Booking.com... very bed had pay extra for help from to get code to door...

Very near the center and the skiing resort (5 mins by walk) and just right next to a big supermarket, which was very convenient. Situated right on the ground floor in front of your parking spot, which is convenient for the luggage. This apartment is a good choice for a short stay with a small family or a couple of friends. You have all the basics you need and there is a private sauna! The host was also very responsible to all our enquiries.
The parking spot was unfortunately taken by another car and we had to park our car on someone else's spot. However, it didn't seem too bothersome. The cleaning could have been better, but it was good enough.

the laundry machine is a little bit complicated to operate, the water needs to be connected before use.

The location is good, next to a supermarket and you can nicely park your car in front of the room.
I wish that you wouldn't have to change the sheets yourself. For the price of the accommodation I expect normal service (although it would be cheap for 4 people, but we were only 2).

The apartment was not clean. A lot of black hairs and dust on the floors and crumbles on the table. We had to vacume the whole apartment when we arrived.

A nice simple ground floor apartment in a good location. About 5 minutes walk from the centre of Levi and literally over the carpark from a big supermarket (great to be able to dash out without putting on too many layers of clothes in the snow!). Also close to bus stop to/from airport.
The apartment itself is simple but had everything we needed. Small kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine. Also a heated cupboard for drying clothes and snow gear. Small sauna. Big TV with which we could use our own Netflix account.
Our flight arrived early and the housekeeper was able to let us drop our suitcases off even though the apartment wasn't ready - really appreciated not having to keep them with us in the snow.
We stayed in Levi for a week over Christmas and it really was a magical place. Had a fabulous trip.
The apartment could have better instructions for how things work in the apartment - the ones provided were generic and confusing. For example, the central heating was on at 26 degrees and we were dying with sweat - had to do some detective work and creative Google translating to find the thermostat and get the heat down. Same with operating the other appliances (dishwasher, sauna, washing machine). This is minor and definitely wouldn't stop me from staying again however - more a suggestion for future.
Only other thing is it was expensive for what it was (simple apartment) but I think this was more a reflection of it being Christmas in Lapland and the height of the tourist season.
