Very silent place near the ocean with beautiful coral reefs on the beach. Clean rooms, very nice staff and delicious breakfast. Swimming pool with ocean view, clean and good enough for tall people.

WiFi connection often disappears and is poor quality so if you want to relax without the internet it's the best place for it!

La tapa del inodoro no se podía ni mirar de como estaba por la cantidad de desgaste y color que tenía, parecía muy sucia.

Bon petit établissement en bord de mer. Personnel serviable et sympathique, grande chambre avec terrasse, petit déjeuner correct, beau jardin et belle plage.

I like that it is a small property & in a quiet location right on the beach.

The restaurant was not always open for lunch & dinner which was frustrating. Sad to see that some trees have been cut down at the beachfront. Garden could do with some work.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was basic but a good range and enjoyable. Lovely restaurants close by. Easy access to diving companies.

Very friendly and helpful service from all staff. The meals were delicious and highly recommended. The location suited us well as it was a little out from the center but easy and cheap to get transport in. The rooms and grounds were of a very high standard. This is an awesome beach for turtle lovers as they are very easy to find and see up close! When we return, we will certainly stay here again.

It was right across the street from the dive company I was using.

The staff was carrying-on with loud talking and laughter ALL day yesterday right outside my room. I felt like I had no privacy and couldn't even open my curtains to enjoy the sunlight.

The room was musty (smell of mold) and there wasn't an alternative room available. Breakfast was rather bland and minimal. Nearby was some great food (inexpensive restaurants).

I had the villa closest to the road and could hear the noise of traffic. it must be much quieter in villas closer to the beach

Breakfast could be a bit bigger, if you chose pancakes, you only get one little pancake which is not quite enough to feel full.

Nice quiet peaceful location, off the beaten track, good snorkeling for beginners as well, plenty of good warungs and a mini-mart for your arak, friendly, helpful staff and local community. Garden rooms are very good.

This property was right on the black sand beach. Great snorkeling right out front Staff arranged a snorkeling trip to 2 other spots, one was where they grew coral to start new reefs, one was a sunken ship. Staff was courteous and helpful always had big smiles. Rooms were large and clean and all had balconies with tables and chairs. Staff, Adi drove us to our next destination for a reasonable price. Stores and good restaurants close by

Internet was spotty and often didn't work but I believe this was not just this hotel but most of the area as there is no internet towers nearby

Nothing. Some reviewers have complained about breakfast variety. I thought it was quite good, and what do you want for included breakfast with $25 per night room? The vegetarian omelette was very tasty.

I think beach in front of the hotel should be cleaned more often. Breakfast was small. Wifi was good first days, then got much worse

The location was quiet and away from the centre of Amed. The beach was chill and not busy. It was great having breakfast by the beach and staff were very friendly, welcoming. I would r commend this place. Spacious bedrooms. Also great to have our own water dispenser in the room to avoid plastic bottle waste. Good value for money.

You need to rent a motorcycle to get into town or a driver. But, there are plenty of restaurants within a short walk from the guesthouse.

Upgraded our room for free and we stayed in the beach villa, very nice staff and sorted our transfer to the airport at a reasonable price.
