No clean bedding. Spent the first day washing the bed sheets and blankets so they are usable. I did that after I had to clean the washing machine! Kitchen was full of cock roaches. It was advertised as a usable kitchen. Stove was not working as it was out of gas. Even if there had been gas there was no working lighter to light the gas stove. The cupboards were dirty with some old food in there. After seeing the rows of cockroaches cooking was out of question anyway. Staircase up to the apartment had also never been cleaned. Several dead cockroaches along the stairs to welcome is daily. Bathroom was absolutely dirty. The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. We expected the rooms to have ACs. Only one bedroom had one. The other one was boiling and humid given that it was 33 degrees outside. Therefore my brother had to end up sleeping in the living room on the sofa where the only other AC was. Sadly the Sofas hadn't been vacuumed either, meaning my wife was suffering badly from her house-dust allergy. Overall we were very reluctant to touch or use anything. We weren't able to find an alternative on such short notice after arriving on the first night and thus ended up having to stay. On the day of departure we received several (!) missed calls to check when we are leaving despite having confirmed that already. WiFi only in the living room. Very disappointed.

Rooms is very cold. 1,5 day heather not working. Wifi and TV sometimes not working.
