Great location and lovely villa - everything we needed for a really great stay and the beach was a 2 minute walk away! Fabio was a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble.

We loved the location 2 minutes from the beach but also within easy distance of Ortigia, Noto and all the lovely towns in the south east as well as an easy day trip for Etna. The villa was a really chilled space with an outdoor shower which was brilliant for coming back from the beach. The villa had everything we needed and we loved it. Fabio was a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble. He also sent us lots of useful links for restaurants and places to go.

We had a great stay! Very comfortable villa, also with two little kids. Nice outside space with enough places in the shade. You can walk from the villa to the beach in 2 minutes! The host, Fabio, was very helpful, responded quickly and had great tips for the area!

It was a modern apartment with an extremely helpful and friendly host. The beach is close by and you can reach it in a few minutes. Very nice Garden.
