Location was good

The quality of the hotel did not match the description offered on booking.com. The sea view was marred by unsightly roofs and buildings. The furniture was worn and stained. The hotel tried to charge us for use of a mini fridge which was included in our package. We had to change rooms to improve the condition of the accommodation but it was still disappointing.

Everything was what I expected and more! Room was very clean as well as the rest of the hotel, check-in was a breeze, pool area was very nice with an amazing view! The staff was super friendly and professional (includes all staff), room and bath was spacious, bed was comfortable too. Short walk to the old town of Korcula was definatley " a short walk", quiet night at the hotel which was a big + for us. Perfect stay for our family of 3.

The staff was not very friendly as I walked from the port with my kid and suitcases and having to leave my wife behind to get a taxi and come back for her. they were very snotty.

position is great overlooking the old city of Korcula. Breakfast is good but can be more creative and sitting. inside is not logical if at the sea.

value for money. i paid the price of real 4 stars hotel but the comfort is at the edge of 2 and 3 stars for eu standards. very old fashioned rooms with poorly functioning toilet. No water given to the guests which is a standard for the price payed.

id been looking forward to using the indoor pool to get a brew from the heatwave but it’s out of service in the summer

Location

Our room was extremely small (it was a queen bed and may aswell have been the size of a single room), the air-con didn't work properly which made it sickening warm - we told reception about this and they told us someone would look at it and they never did. The food was not nice either, we only used our half board once. The hotel also does not serve lunch which we were not aware of and the pool bar had no minerals for one of the days.

Gorgeous pool, great location

No very accommodating for late check out or an extra bath towel to shower before depart A golf cart shuttle from the port would be wonderful or a message stating it is a 5 minute walk up the street. it cost us 100KN for a two minute drive.
