Dalla A alla Z praticamente tutto! Un piccolo gioiello costruito in pieno centro storico ma con tutte le comodità. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile ad aiutare con preziosi suggerimenti. Camere bellissime, sobrie nell’arredamento e silenziosissime. Non ultimo un preziosissimo garage di proprietà dove poter parcheggiare la vostra auto.

Loved this hotel, being themed around Gustav Flaubert made it a touch different and offered a classy insight into one of the more famous former residents of Rouen. The staff were really helpful, the room was lovely and comfy, the breakfast was great too. The only thing I wished could have been provided was decaff options for the tea and coffee. The location is brilliant, a stone's throw from the old market square and then on from there to all the sights. I have already recommended it to someone else.

Air con was not very effective and bedding was too warm for Summer.

Fantastic location in the heart of the city so we could walk everywhere. Parking nearby. Staff were very helpful with booking a taxi for us and giving us extra information. Liked the option of a carafe of water in the room rather than plastic bottles.

The location is perfect for walking around the old part of the city with close proximity to restaurants and shops. The hotel is nicely designed and the staff were exceptional.

A small fridge in the room would have been great and perfect for storing water and pastries.

This hotel was exceptional. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Rouen and an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, the cathedral, and museums. It was very clean and modern.

Nothing - it was a great hotel and a good bargain. The staff was kind and professional and the rooms were very comfortable with nice amenities.

High step down in and out of the shower. toilet roll holder kept falling off the wall!

The bathroom was very poor equiped. Parking possibilities only 300 m away, so we had to carry our luggage an unacceptable long distance. Booked a King size executive room and the only real advantage was a 2 meter longer room. One key did not work. Breakfast with 19 Euro far too expensive. We cannot recommend this place.

The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. We were very happy with the room and the view over the city. It was a great start to our vacation!
