Lage war ok

Frühstück für diese Hotelklasse nicht akzeptabel. Die Bettwäsche war extrem parfümiert. Minimabar mit schon geöffneten Wasserflaschen befüllt. Kein Service Wasser bereitgestellt. Nur ein Glas im Doppelzimmer. Warmwasserbereitung vorhanden, aber keine Tassen noch Kaffee. Der Kaffee zum Frühstück war fast kalt. Frühstücksraum extrem kalter Durchzug da Personal durch Nebeneingangstür zum Rauchen geht und die Tür offen läßt.

The breakfast was awful, everything was cold and soggy, made out of bad quality ingredients.

Staff is always helpful and patient, regardless of the situation.

The hotel offers free parking, the rooms are beautifully clean!! & the staff really do their best to support you.

In general we are concerned about the state of this hotel. It seems there is little training given to staff (as each person struggled (though doing their best!) with their tasks) and it seems that no one is investing in the property anymore. There were cheap panels placed all over the place to cover holes & sealed with ugly foam filler. Air-conditioning was broken throughout our stay, so we had to move rooms on day 2 as our room was almost 30C inside!! It seems it's been broken for a while as the wellness area has its own standalone machine... Jacuzzi didn't work in day 1 & day 2 there was no new water coming in. I heard from other guests that it was starting to smell. One person at reception also added extra charges for the usage of the pool & breakfast, even though it was included. Luckily the next day the person at the desk could amend this. There was also a panel that fell out of the wall (exposing elec wires) in the walkway on day 2 & it was still on the floor when we left of day 3. Service at the restaurant was not good. Everyone was doing their best, but we only got half the food we ordered, and even then there were missing items per the dish description on the menu. It also took 1,5hrs to get our food. Here the lack of training is visible with neither the chef or waiter knowing the menu & what accompanies the dishes. We were promised compensation (as agreed), but it is still not reflecting on our account almost 4 days later...

The bed was squeaky, and we couldn't figure out how to turn off the heater or change it to cold

The staff is extremely friendly and the breakfast was nice with plenty of local food :-) The hotel location is also a plus as it is very close to the airport and the city

The spa and swimming pool facilities seem in need of maintenance and ventilation.

Unfortunately, this hotel hasn‘t been renovated in a long time. It smells like mold inside - luckily, the weather was good and were able to sleep with the window open at all times. Addtitionally, the internet connection in the rooms is very poor, most of the time inexistent.
