Tutto molto bello.

Ping pong e calcio balilla.

Breakfast is good.
Location is away from the center of Madonna di Campiglio.
It is not Ski in ski out, as said in booking.com
it is close to the ski slopes but you need to walk a lot not ski to and from the hotel.
It is not 50m as written but 200m from the ski lifts.

everything was top notch, between the staff, the location, amenities and cleanliness we could not have had a better stay.
unfortunately someone had smoked in the room assigned to us but Federico went over the top to make sure we had a pleasant stay.

Staff professionalism and readiness to help (kudos to Maria and Lara)... Ease of getting to the slopes, ski-out, ski-in... 5 mins to the city center by car - overall perfect position.
Smaller than expected rooms, the spa needs an upgrade...

ideal location for beginner skiers
The amenities were terrible. The photos didn’t match the website. The gym was in a state of disrepair and there was nothing for an injured member of our party to do at the resort while others were skiing. The spa had liminal hours, loud music filtered into the spa area and there did not appear to be professional spa staffers. The carpets in the room were old and stained.
If you simply want a place to sleep this hotel is fine, but it’s not the resort that it appears to be online.

I was extremely pleased with many points of our stay at the Golf Hotel. First, our room (the family suite) was very large and comfortable. There was a walk in closet that comfortably fit all of our ski clothes, helmets, regular clothes and storage for our suitcases (for 4 people) which was a real plus! The sitting area for watching tv was spacious and the kids had their twin size beds in another area of the suite. The view of the snowy mountain was breathtaking.
Breakfast each morning was top notch, the service was amazing and the variety of foods were superb. The kids club was fun for our sons to hang out after dinner and play some table tennis with other kids, as well as other activities.
Last but not least, the location of the Golf Hotel which was directly in front of the lift made it so easy to finish breakfast, get our skis out of the provided storage locker and that's it, we were there on the slopes! The lift is right in front of the hotel so there's no need to worry about transportation or anything. I found it very convenient that when i was done skiing for the day, i went and had a glass of wine sitting out on the deck and i could see my family coming down the end of the slope and getting back up on the lift. It was the best location!
All in all i highly recommend staying at this hotel when skiing at Madonna di Campiglio
Our room was extremely warm and had to request the front desk to adjust the heating.. We had to open the window to get some cool air as it was too warm.

Perfect location, very close to the Groste and Fortini lifters and very nice view from window.
Terrible breakfast with very poor choise, no vegetables, no breakfast porridge / oatmeal, sintetic omlet from powder.
Staff practically do not speak English.

THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS HOTEL is that You can walk to the ski lift and rental. But that is extremely overpriced, we better drive next time a bit further but get more nice service.
We are frequent travelers for both work and leisure, and this was our worst experience ever.
Started with the booking, when on the 1st of February after booking our assistant called and double checked, if any new restrictions apply in the country, or we will be fine with our Covid certification. She was told all is OK, and on the day of arrival, on our way to the airport, we get news that we won’t be checked in, as our qr codes are not valid! Took us some time to find where to make a test (tamponi), to be able at least to check in. After arrival (which was late because of driving through the villages, hospitals and pharmacies to find where to make covid test) we were told that spa is open only for another 50 minutes and closes at 7.30pm. There was no slippers, or bathrobe in the room (for almost 300eur per night, sorry..). When arrived to the spa, we were told we need to RENT towel, and slippers, for another 15eur. Spa was old, like 15-20 years back in time. Room was 2* hotel like, with old carpets, only teapot with 2 cups, and one lonely complimentary bottle of water. Staff was slow, and not friendly at all. THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS HOTEL is that You can walk to the ski lift and rental. But that is extremely overpriced, we better drive next time a bit further but get more nice service.

The spa was nice, but only had a one sauna room open due to covid
Overpriced food for the quality, and staff forgot about our orders during new years eve special dinner service. The room we were assigned was in the old wing of the hotel and visible cracks in the paint as well as the carpets from stains being removed. Wallpaper was very old and peeling from the ceiling. Will not be staying again for the amount paid.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great buffet appetisers and sweet counter
Surprises in store if you want a swim with payments for towel, then hat, then flip flops then dressing gown.
