Nothing… everything was ok

Has elevator, spacious apartment.

Manager entered my room by unlocking the door even if I had the "do not disturb" sign on the door, he said just confusion and left. When I went to front desk to tell them I don't feel safe and is not wright what happened, the manager reply "if you don't like it, you can go"... Was the most horrible experience ever. And at 10 PM front desk called me in the room to ask me to leave next day cause the manager doesn't like what happened and the fact that I put a comment on booking about what happened. I don't recommend to anybody that hotel! There is no double lock or chain to secure from the inside! Front desk people from the morning were helpful but nothing could erase the behavious of that person that is named manager but doesn't deserve the title! The manager practically distroyed my vacation! The worst behaviour!!! I don't want to know what happens in the rooms when the guests leave and he has access to the rooms...

We were totally satisfied with the ApartHotel. The location is perfect, the apartment is huge and comfortable and the people at the Reception, especially Jose Carlos was really very kind.

The staff was very cooperative. We had an issue with the bathroom door getting locked. The staff was swift in resolving it within minutes. The apartment, though not premium looking, was very clean and well maintained. Toiletries were replaced daily. The kitchen had the essential utensils. The apartment is in a residential area with a lot of supermarkets and mini-cafes around. The check-in process was smooth.

1. The walk from the nearest metro station (Vallcarca) to the apartment is slightly up-hill. 2. The rooms are note even in size. One was large with an attached bathroom while the second room was tiny with an external bathroom. 3. The door for the common bathroom got locked and wouldn't open - needs immediate replacement to avoid someone from getting stuck. 3. The heater instructions could have been pasted somewhere for reading (the staff did explain it after check-in) 3. TV was not a smart-TV. As non-Spanish speakers, there was hardly anything we could watch on it.

I like the facilities. Staff were so friendly, rooms and kitchen were big enough with everything we needed. Would definitely visit again.

Wifi signal wasn't that strong which was frustrating sometimes maybe it was because my apartment was located next to the hotel which could be the issue.

A great place to stay. Nice and quiet but a short walk from busses and the Metro.

The quiet neighbourhood and proximity to the metro stations. Everything I needed in the room. The punctual room service of the breakfast.

The cleanliness in the bathroom was a bit deficient. There was some hair on the floor. The atmosphere in the apartment was a bit stuffy and at the beginning it felt like previously there was a smoker inside.

Television sound useless.as.it was encased.inside a piece of furniture not able to hear anything. Air con not very good
