The location of the hotel is in the middle of the city, yet it is very quiet and relaxing. Every detail of the hotel has been thought carefully, beautiful view on the kasbah, surrounded by gorgeous landscape and gardens! The pool was quite big and the water temperature was perfect. We had a family room and it was quite big and super comfy. Can’t wait to be back!

Breakfast could be a little more diverse but the quality was good.

What a place!!! All was absolutely perfect, ideal location (quiet but at a walking distance of Taroudant centre) , beautiful small dar in a fantastic garden, amazing pool, comfortable and spacious room (spotless). The breakfast and lunch were excellent and the staff was the most welcoming. One of us tried the henna tattoo and the lady was a great artist (we received compliment during all our stay). Thank you very much and keep up the high standards

The staff and the owner are friendly and courteous. And the pancakes are really good :)

The restrooms neither have a bidet nor a hand shower (which should be the bare minimum). This makes it very inconvenient and unfriendly for Muslim users.

After more than 2 weeks of touring through Morocco this is the absolutely best place we have been to. Top rating in every respect.

First of all, this hotel looks absolutely beautiful. it’s built inside the old dar wall and the garden looks neat, well maintained and very cosy. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and spacious. The staff are very professional, patient and very kind . If I could, I would give this property a 12 out of 10.

Stunning riad, one of nicest places we stayed in Morocco. Like an oasis within Taroudant. Staff were excellent!

Breakfast is delicious. garden is beautiful.

The room is a simple room built on the doorway, like a tent. There are traces of rain on the tent, the room facilities are old and aging, very damp, emitting a strong musty smell, the quilt and bed are very hard, the bathroom is damp and old, a room like this should not be allowed to live anymore.

Nice garden and pool. Staff professional and pleasant. Notably the porter/doorman was very nice and welcoming in a familiar and relaxed manner. Excellent dinner in restaurant.

Sensation of French colonism - which was mirrored in the behaviour of many guests. Quite arrogant., but at times also amusing. Our standard room was fine, but rather standard. And we were pleased not to have one on ground floor.

The gardens were beautiful and peaceful . The food was great . Good to have a beer by the pool too

A very pleasant stop on the way between Tiout oasis and Palais Claudio Bravo. Should have stayed longer than one night. Taroudant and its surroundings are worth it. The room (Suite with Terrace) and private balcony were great. The restaurant offers local food with a French touch. You can feel the hand of a professional chef. Good wine is served. But the best part was the service. All our wishes and questions were answered and resolved. Even those that were not directly related to the hotel. Thank you! Hassan offered excellent transportation services.

beautifull place, so quiet in january but really warm. we stayed two nights but couldve easily stayed longer as Taroudant is a cool city and you can relax at the pool. the staff is amazing, they made no-salt dishes and bread for my diet. They are very friendly (person who does the breakfast is so kind and the gardener such a nice man who makes the place looks beautifull) 100% recommend

Wonderful in splendid garden

Taroudant is small … most people use it as a base for trips to the mountains or for passing through. We had a very pleasant 2 night stay at the end of our 8 days in Morocco … wandered around the souks and returned to the terrace at Dar Tourkia to watch sunset over the ramparts with a beer. The photos don’t do the place justice… I thought it was going to be a large hotel complex but it’s a very well designed authentic looking Moroccan guesthouse with lots of places to sit alone in the garden, sit by a fire and play chess…..Believe me… we like small places not Western hotels and we really liked this place. Rooms are well designed authentic looking with good reading lights (unusual in Morocco!)

NYE party was a blast with Moroccan musicians as entertainment at the start and mid way. But … DJ was dire and unnecessary and went on at such a high volume til 2am! None of the guests we spoke to enjoyed that part…we don’t want to be kept awake for so long! Food on NYE looked nice (but was a bit tasteless) and took far to long to arrive.. main course nearly at midnight… no! However the owner was great and really got all the guests into the spirit of the evening. Reception: better map of Taroudant needed and advice on what to do here and where to eat. We were all very much left to our own devices. I’d advise going into the hills… there’s not much to do in Taroudant. Rooms: pillows need an update: they are hard foam slabs. But all the rest is very clean with nice clean white towels and dressing gowns and lovely decor 😊

Beautiful riad in the heart of Taroudant with excellent facilities, clean beautifully decks tree rooms and lovely outdoor space . The food in the resteraunt Dinner and breakfast) was really high quality and hotel staff were really helpful and friendly . really enjoyed our stay

We were upgraded to a lovely large comfortable room with plenty of light coming through lots of windows ( some with insect screening) It was almost a small suite. Very clean and well maintained room. Lovely gardens, quiet, safe, close to town, parking outside, great food, It suited our needs perfectly. Staff were friendly and professional.

Very comfortable oasis, easy to drive to and parking right outside. City centre an easy walk away. Spacious comfortable and clean room. Great pool. Great dinner and breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
