Aspecte pozitive la pensiunea Rhein: - curățenia camerei - mâncare de la restaurant, în special papanașii:)

Aspecte care necesita remedieri/ imbunatatiri: - siguranta accesului în corpul 3 al clădirii- accesul se face pe niște scări de piatra, fără balustrada de sprijin, multe trepte încăpând sa aiba bucăți de piatra desprinse. Pentru persoanele cu anumite probleme de sănătate sau persoane mai învârtă poate fi un real.pericol folosirea acestor scări fără balustrada -pe Booking nu exista poze cu corpul 3 al pensiunii și accesul mai dificil și riscant la camerele din acest Corp lăturalnic fata de cele 2 corpuri centrale, altfel încât turiștii sa poată vedea modalitatea de acces la acest Corp - iluminatul exterior din zona corpului 3 este pe baza de senzor dar se poate opri complet dintr-un comutator la care are acces oricine. Di acest motiv dacă o persoana închide comutatorul fără sa știe neapărat ce face, persoanele care vin după acesta au parte de un întuneric complet în care trebuie sa urce scările nesigure de piatra. Ar fi necesar ca acel comutator sa nu mai poată fi accesat de oricine/ sa fie blocat, iar corpul 3 sa fie iluminat simultan cu restul corpurilor pensiunii. A trebuit sa folosim lanterna telefonului pentru a vedea pe unde calcam. - zona verde din fata corpului 3 are un aspect neingrijit: se gaseste o cantitate destul de mare de sticla sparta și fire electrice și fasunguri aruncate de la stâlpii de iluminat. Pe langa faptul ca arata ca o zona părăsită unde se depozitează gunoaie, este și f periculos având în vedere ca la.pensiune au fost f mulți copii mici de vârste preșcolare care ar fi putut ajunge sa se joace In acea zona cu sticla sparta și fire electrice aruncate. - în momentul rezervarii ni s a confirmat o camera cu pat dublu. Când am ajuns acolo, din cauza a pensiunea era plina, fără sa ne anunțe în prealabil am găsit în camera 2 paturi Unite cu o saltea de 2 persoane pusa deasupra.

Totul a fost la superlativ. De la personal pana la camera unde am fost cazați.

The location was nice, the bed was very confortable.

The staff. The lady from the reception gave me the impression that i bothered her with my stay there, she didn't asked if we need some recommandations on what to do while we were there or, at the end of the trip, how was out stay there. At the check out I had some problems with the payment she left me the impression that she didn't care at all. The waiter from the location, the first evening of out stay, implied to us that if we are late the in resutaurant we will not be served food anymore even if, on the menu, it is specified the the last order is at 22:00. Nice cosy location. Great restaurant with delicious food. Beautiful nature close to mountains and delicious home made champagne. Perfect for the relaxed weekend

The place is located in a lovely area and the staff is super welcoming and accommodating! the garden is lovely and super tranquil. also, the champagne is absolutely great!

The food is ok but not exceptional. and the room itself has some parts that are just a bit old... the tv took forever to change channels, the door to the bathroom did not close properly. nothing big at all, but with some very small upgrades it would go to a 10 easily.
