2 étages, 140 m2 villa de luxe offrant 2 chambres avec leur salle de bain respectives (une en haut et une en bas avec lesquelles sont équipés de douches hydro). Une 3eme chambre indépendantes avec sa salle de bain, parfaite pour les personnes ayant des besoins spécifiques. Ainsi qu’une mezzanine avec une chambre ouverte, un espace de vivre avec un plafond en bois rayonnant ouvert, une cuisine moderne, bien équipée, une piscine privée de 58 m2, un barbecue situé sur une large terrasse, un jardin avec des jeux pour enfants.
Situé dans une zone naturelle sur l’ile de Lefkada près de Nidri. (une des iles les plus touristiques)
Immergée dans des oliviers et la rivière, la villa nouvelle a été construite a une haute norme avec un mobilier élégant, moderne, loin de la rivière et des cascades.
Un sanctuaire pour ceux, cherchant la paix, un séjour romantique ou familial complètement relaxant.

We visited this Villa for 5 nights during our island hopping tour with our family (8 adults & 1 baby) and it was absolutely amazing. The villa is even more beautiful in real life than
on the pictures and the host Theo was really great. We enjoyed our time in Villa Niriides and we will definitely come back if we visit Lefkada again.

Very nice house
We rent the house for a week and it was a very nice house
We stayed there with 10 people, I think it is better for 9 persons ( now one has to sleep on the bank in de livingroom)
Nice swimmingpool, nice garden, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a vide with 3 beds
The owner arranged a bbq ( very nice) and is a very nice person with good information about the island Lefkada
We had a great vacation!!!

An excelent pandemic stay! The perfect place...
The first review I write ... I'm sorry that my English is not enough to express my feelings at Villa Niriides ... just words of praise for the way I was received by Theodosis. And the location and facilities of the villa: EXCELLENT!!! A perfect swimming pool, a welcoming courtyard and the superb facilities of the villa. All those things that made us gladly return from the beautiful beaches of Lefkada. An unexpected "pandemic" stay! We will definitely spend our next stay in Lefkada at Villa Niriides. Thank you for everything!

Unforgettable!
We can only confirm the opinion expressed by the other guests: Perfect villa for a group of 8-10 people, well equipped, all the rooms are air-conditioned and the adjoining pool allows you to have fun even away from the sea. The villa is surrounded by greenery and the only sounds you can hear are those of wild animals. A special thanks to Theodosis for its availability and generosity. Strongly recommended for those who want to stay away from the chaos!

Theo looked after us so well, making recommendations for places to visit and restaurant choices - even making bookings on our behalf.

Secluded home with large pool
We had a great time at niriides. It is an adventure to find it, but the seclusion was great because the kids could make noise in the pool and not bother anyone. The hosts were welcoming, and helpful. Overall we had a very good stay.

What to say about Theodosis ... what a great host. He was available 24/7 to help us with everything that we needed. Definitely the best host I have ever dealt with.

Lovely villa situated at 2km from beautiful and busy Nydri. Lovely pool and garden surrounded by mountains. Quiet area 1km from waterfall. Goats as immediate neighbors. Everything is at a cycling distance.
Warm welcome from owners' cousin. We appreciated the mid week cleaning as well. A very relaxing week.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Villa Niriides. Communication was excellent; very helpful organising car hire. The villa itself was very clean and well-equipped. The pool is fantastic and location beautiful.
One improvement might be a visitors' book with information on how to walk to the waterfall, restaurant reviews etc.

The most attractive feature is the large swimming pool, always immaculately clean and because of its position always in the sunlight. The villa is not overlooked and stands on a large plot.
