My stay at Elilliy International Hotel was amazing. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff members were responsive and respectful. The room was spacious, comfy and spotless. Their breakfast was mouthwatering. I confidently suggest this hotel to everyone intending to spend time in the beautiful city of Addis Ababa.

A 5 star hotel in line with the norms posed to a 5 star hotel.
Most aspects are meeting the expectations, but there are three elements above expectation:
1. the personnel is really nice and helpful, I got a free room upgrade
2. WARMED pool and sauna are great and included in the price!
3. Free and safe airport transfer included in the price

Location is excellent for walking into the city centre and has bars and cafes close by. It is adjacent the United Nations building so feels safe and secure.

I like the location very much and the cleaning staff is very nice.
Considering I stayed there for a week, I was hoping to be given a room with good wifi connectivity. But that didn’t happen. I was in a room with a very poor wifi which went off every 2 seconds. It was ridiculous to work on anything.

The organization of the airport pick up did not work smoothly. I had to wait at the airport for 30 minutes both times I arrived, although I booked the shuttle in advance

The rooms were very clean, staff were friendly and the hotel offered very good breakfast.

I got upgraded to a better room for free, it was clean and comfortable. Staff member Amifoya was very helpful, in addition to her colleague who helped me order a taxi. I received a great massage at the hotel.
Some staff members at reception showed very poor customer service. The toilet flush in my room was broken and did not get fixed despite my flagging it. The Wifi only worked properly near the door.

There weren't any roaches, the location is great, and the WiFi is amazingly fast.
