Lovely cabins, nice location with good park facilities. Clean and quiet.

Reception on arrival were awesome,
Couldn’t connect to wifi, 3 nights had to pay for towels, room service, room was old and dated. Shower was that small you couldn’t bend to wash you legs and feet. Tried to cook fry pan was out of shap. Went to use the glasses and they were dirty.

Nothing to not like could have air con in the rooms or fans in all as when we stayed it was 40 degrees

I liked the jumping pillow. The cleaners were very polite and helpful.
I didnt like the rude lady who did not want to help. The bed was plastic and the sheets kept sliding off. It was very uncomfortable. When I asked for help with this the lady was extremely rude and aggressive. There was graffiti and chewing gum stuck underneath the top bunk.

the cabins need new mattresses the beds were so uncomfortable. the bed linen was excellent but it was still a long two nights

There was multiple black hairs found in the bathroom both on the basin and in the shower, definitely were not mine as I have blonde hair and found them before I used the shower and basin

nice setting, quite, clean and well equipped cabin. bed comfortable and everything we needed for four night stay.
birds made a bit of mess on our vehicle but was nice to listen to all the birds so a small inconvenience really.

All good. But we were near the basketball court & the constant bouncing of the ball was a pain. Had to keep doors shut & tv up loud .

Refurbished, spacious deluxe one bedroom cabin. Very clean with plenty of blankets and pillows provided. Loved the coffee maker and generously provided coffee capsules. Great hot shower with excellent water pressure. very comfortable lounge to sit on to watch TV. Very quiet.
Wish the bathroom window opened. Instead, had to use ventilation fan ( noisy) which came on when you turned on when you turned on light.

Upon entry the park appeared clean and tidy, lots of gardens and trees.
We arrived at night and thought the entry could have been better lit.
The cabin felt cold and damp, floor rugs on the cold tiles may of made it feel warmer and friendlier.
Following a storm on the first night, there was water trickling in under the window sill down to the floor. The bubbling paint on the wall under the window explains that this seems to be an ongoing problem!
The shower door also didn't seal properly which explained the rotting timber architrave at the bottom of the bathroom door, another on-going problem which paint doesn't fix.
The rising creek out the back also gave us a restless night on the too soft no support mattress.😪
No wonder the cabin felt cold and damp.

Location was exactly where we wanted to be. We arrived afterhours and the process was seamless. We were also provided with an afterhours contact number in case we had any issues. Very pleased with the cabin and the contents.

Nice quiet part of town. The property was clean and we maintained.
It was a little further out of town, but still ok.

Room met expectations. Very roomy and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Great water pressure bit fiddley to get right temperature.
