The host was very friendly and helpful. Very clean apartment with great location. Convenient parking spot and many facilities in the house. Definitely recommend it.

The apartment was spacious and very close to the old town. It also included a parking spot so it was very easy to drop off our car and walk to the town within 5 minutes. It had a washer and dryer which made it very easy to do laundry. And the hosts were very responsive and very kind.

They forgot to leave us extra rolls of toilet paper. I’m sure the hosts would have brought us more if we said something though.

the two sets of stairs were a major issue, very narrow you couldn’t easily move your luggage.

The location is wonderful, the space was unique and had a lovely view of the cathedral. The host was wonderful to meet us.

The stairs: it needs to be noted that there are 2 sets of very tight spiral stairwells. If you have any issues with mobility this is not the place for you.

The host was extremely nice and welcoming, the position of the flat is in the very centre, there is a private parking and a dehors with a table and chairs. We suggest it!

Outside needs a little tidying up. Two very tight circular staircases - not advisable if you are not too mobile.

The property is self contained with full facilities. It has been recently renovated to a high standard with a full kitchenette you can easily cook a family meal on if you wished. I have to say the bed is super comfortable and the shower is the best, brilliant after a long drive!! Maison De Ville is literally 150m from the centre of the beautiful Bayeaux and comes with complimentary off road parking. Morgan was the best host, we had been delayed and were arriving very early in the morning. Morgan arranged a full photo guide of how to get to the property and ensured we could get in, following up with a courtesy visit to ensure we were settled. All in all I would heartily recommend a visit to beautiful Bayeaux and I will definitely be staying at Maison de Ville when I do.

We loved the location. It was was clean, had everything we needed and was perfect for our needs.

Great apartment in an old house, very close to the town center - maybe a two-minute walk to shops, restaurants, etc. Almost equidistant from the Tapestry museum and the D-Day museum. Very easy parking accessible through the driveway under the house. Beautiful view of the cathedral from the living room. Nicely equipped kitchen, including toaster, microwave, induction hob, etc.

There are two very tight spiral staircases, so anyone with mobility issues or unable to lift their luggage will have problems. The front gate has a tricky lock - the owner showed us how wonky it can be - and there were some loose tiles on the steps outside.

Perfect location, right in front of the cathedral and a few minutes walk away from the town centre. Highly recommend.

I didn’t mind but it is not suitable for people with bad legs as the spiral stairs are quite narrow and steep.

It is close to great restaurants and other shopping. Has off street parking, modern kitchen and bath (up on level) 3 where the bedroom is. Couch makes into bed on level 2 where kitchen is and above a closed area. May have been shop at one time. Be aware that both user levels are accessed by circular staircases. We had one person in our group of 4 that is legally blind and the stair cases were a challenge. With that said it’s a nice and convenient place to stay.
