Beautiful historic property with a charming host. Continental breakfast was great. Location is a short country walk from the centre of Bayeux. Great location, we had a lovely stay.

Shower room was very compact but had everything in it.

The buildings and setting are beautiful and the rooms are comfortable.

The breakfast was quite basic. Some cold meats and slices of cheese would've been nice and fresh baguette.

A country manor a little walk out of doWntown Bayeux, run by an Anglo-French couple, with old stone buildings surrounding a courtyard, an orchard with fresh fruits you can pick from the branches, at night you can sit in the garden with little lanterns, at breakfast you eat copiously in a dining room at a long table, rooms with sculpted wood furniture

Breakfast was excellent, lots on offer, location was fantastic for us as we travelled to visitor sites around the whole of the north coast and beyond, good central location; Bayeux is a 20min walk which was great to stretch the legs, the garden is full of birds singing away - just excellent. Very interesting history of the building in centuries gone by and also in fairly recent years. Excellent hosts.

Very good bed and breakfast in charming little town. The building is nicely renovated. The decor is very cosy and sympathetic to the age of the building. Walking distance to the old town center. Nice firm bed, we slept like babies. The breakfast was lovely. The icing on the cake is the owner Christine, she makes you feel very welcome and it's like talking to an old friend.

Amazing stay at this lovely manor. Highly recommend it for a stay to visit Bayeux and the surrounding areas including DDAY sites along Normandy. Christine is a superb host and the property is very charming and a very relaxed place to enjoy downtime. A pleasant 10-15 minute walk into the town of Bayeux ( it doesn't feel that long).

Lovely breakfast. Lovely quaint place, good ambience and atmospheric. Rooms good and bed, but pillows not very comfy. Lovely host and beautiful place interesting history and good proximity to Bayeax.

The breakfast was the usual French bnb food, and same every morning. Really wished for an egg dish and meat. More protein and less bread.

Excellent host who couldn’t do enough for us. Incredible property steeped in history in a great location where you can walk in to Bayeux for restaurants at night.

Wonderful place to stay we received such a warm welcome from Christine we were made to fell like friends returning to stay. The rooms were immaculately clean tastefully decorated. The Manoir breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. We enjoyed viewing the chapel in the grounds and the amazing preserved map room used to plot the D-Day landings a privilege to be able to view the room and see such interesting items in the room well worth a visit. Good location approx 20 min walk into town.

Everything was great lovely accommodation. Room was super, smell was lovely+fresh. Was made very welcome felt like Lord+Lady of the Manor at breakfast table as we were alone was a great feeling wished we had planned to stay another night was excellent

We really liked the breakfast and the manoir! We visited the map room and chapel too!

The house is historical monument and have long history and special spirit. The room is very big, clean and comfortable. The owner is very kind and speaking fluently English. The communication during booking process was very easy. The property is situated in walking distance or few minutes of driving from the city center. The breakfast was good and served to the room (because of COVID restrictions)
