beautiful house & garden, very comfortable & clean, lovely breakfast and owners. 5 min. easy walk from secure garage parking for only €5 p/d with a voucher from the B & B. Nice restaurants/cafes 2 min. walk across the road, and a further 5-10 min. for shopping, churches, leisure & canal side.

More light in the room, same and a hand grip (into shoer) in the bathroom.

The room was tiny, but very nice. The hotel is very close to the train station which is a huge advantage. It's not the cheapest accommodation, but I would recommend it.

WiFi wasn't good on the second floor; the accommodation is quite expensive.

room was spacious; very unusual in Europe; breakfast was simple as others in Europe, but we enjoyed scramble and two sunny-side ups; LOCATION is excellent, close to train station, even in walking distance to downtown and outlet; indeed pleasant stay; Oh, parking. it's we were lucky to find a space just in front of the hotel; DON'T forget taking a short adventure in the secret garden backyard.

at least some hundreds meters should walk to find places to eat or drink but again this would not be a problem unless raining heavily

Very friendly staff and well kept room.

Bed was a little hard for me but that’s only a personal preference. I would not recommend the staff change the beds as most people prefer firm beds. I’m only an exception with

It's great located, the bed was confortable, the breakfast was perfect, and they are nice and helpful!

1- i love the friendliness of the staff and the authenticity of the place. 2- it was very cozy and home like. 3- The location is great, just three minutes walking from the train station. it is also 15 minutes walking from the designer outlet. 4- Also, the breakfast is really tasty, they also offer free coffee and tea all day. 5- They also allowed us to leave the bags before our check in and after our check out. 6- they gave us a map and showed us the area and even recommended area for restaurant.

Only that there was a spider web on the ceiling - the only drawback

Perfect location, great amenities and decor and human touch. Personal greeting letter in the room, useful information about the town, sweets, everything was so warm and cute. Breakfast is fabulous, small jars with yoghurt and jam, fresh crispy croissants, individually prepared hot egg dishes, cheese variety, good coffee. Maud and her team really love their BnB and do their best to provide the guests not only with comfortable stay, but feelings of being welcomed and nice memories.

Everything was perfect. This is a lovely place to stay and the staff are great as is the breakfast. We would definitely stay again.

It was very nice, airconditioned and clean. TV supports webcast so you can easily stream what you want, watch youtube/netflix. Breakfast is good enough to get you ready for the day. Chech the garden outside, it's amazing!

Wonderful, really sweet hotel with a really nice garden, such a magical vibe. Nice staff & great breakfast! also a cozy & clean room. The Hotel is located very good, everything is in walking distance! we got engaged in this Hotel, so for us-everything was more than PERFECT!! :-) Thank you, we will definetely come back

Beautifu bed and breakfast. Rooms are very spacious, gorgeously decorated and have AC. I even had a beautiful room with garden view. The breakfast room is great with options to eat outside in the garden terrace on nice days. Lots of choice as well.

The property is very close to the train station, so you can hear the trains at times, but it’s really not a big problem unless you are a super light sleeper. The location is worth it.

The room was beautiful, comfortable, and super clean! There is also coffee machine which you can use all day free of charge such as flat white, cappuccino, macchiato or brew some tea! The breakfast was fresh and homemade. The staff also very friendly and attentive. Walking distance to the Roermond outlet as well as city centre. Wifi is fast and AC works properly. Check in was smooth even though I arrived at 7 pm

If you are traveling with big heavy luggages (like me) you might want to get the room downstairs as there is no elevator

Delicious breakfast with friendly table service. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The garden in the behind the B&B was stunning with a beautiful old tree to sit under. A quiet green escape.

I would have loved to have a fridge and kettle in the room and slightly more space for the price. Also was surprised that there was a fee per night to have a cot in the room, however luckily we managed without.

Super welcoming and charming. Awesome atmosphere!
