El estilo es antiguo muy bonito y tiene una vista linda hacia la iglesia

El servicio no es bueno, el personal no es servicial. Una habitación tenía olor horrible a cañería, las sillas del balcón estaban muy sucias, el frigo bar estaba apagado. No quisieron guardar nuestro equipaje por un par de horas después de hace el checkout y no fueron nada amigables

no tiene agua caliente no tiene cafetera en habitación ni tenia toallas al entrar no incluye desayuno al solicitar Cafe para cafetera nos dijeron tenía costo extra al pedir revisarán el agua caliente comentaron los otros huéspedes no se quejaron de manera grosera pedí revisara el boíles y estaba apagado pésima actitud por parte del personal

Central located hotel, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The neighborhood feels very safe and the person in the entrance was very friendly.

Everything!!! They upgraded us to a room with a jacuzzi tub and you can see the church on the top of the pyramid from the balcony. Rooftop restaurant/bar is 5 stars at a 1 star price and you can see the volcano and the pyramid from up there too. Completely secure parking for our motorcycle indoors and covered. Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous!!!!

Fantastic location

Room for one person was sold to two with one towel, one bottle of water and one mug for tea.

The hotel is located across from the pyramid and the room was spacious and included a balcony with a direct view. There was secure indoor parking and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Will book again for the return trip from Oaxaca.

Exceptional location to stay in downtown and reach the touristic places.
