The male staff was very friendly and clearly loved his job. He was very keen to help and booked taxis for us. Very close to the airport, restaurants and shops.

The first room we got was not serviced due to their communication issues. But they moved us to another room shortly without being asked to do so.

The staff was very helpful towards us and adored our daughter so much. Everyone was always smiling and joyful towards us

Very central location. Nice eating places nearby and very close to Nadi Airport. Staff are very friendly including the security staff.

Sky channel to watch T20 cricket live would have been nice.

it was convenient to the airport, and was very cheap

there were no windows in the room so it felt dark and claustrophobic

it was a in a good location with shops all very close by. the bed was comfy & having a little kitchenette was very handy.

the shower wasn’t very clean & it would be nice to have a little carton of milk in the fridge on arrival. also the kitchenette needs to be stocked with a few plates, mugs, glasses, & cutlery for at least 2 people. don’t think the stove or oven worked, however the dishwasher was gr8.

Relaxing atmosphere. Staff especially are so helpful. I was amazed that I was toured around the food court. Nicest place. I stayed overnight I was extremly pleaced.

Front desk attendance I forgot my passport in the taxi. Desk attendance helped me. He made all alternatives to get my passport. I loved food Court. I liked out views in night. Overall of the Hotel staff and facilities are extremely good.

This seemed like a new establishment. The rooms were laid out well and very tidy. Showers were good, laundry facilities were an advantage. The location is ok. .Staff were helpful to organise a taxi in the morning for us to get to the airport on time. They called when the taxi had arrived. I would stay there again if I had and early flight.

Room was dirty. TV not working whole time. Ccockroach in room. Shower dirty. . Dagy bathroom. Not worth the money. Will never stay there ever. Did complain several times but TV not fixed & didn't even bother to move us to better room

The room was spacious and I loved the balcony on the roof top. The view from the first room of the city was lovely. Great 3 bed family room. Loved it.

Limited TV channels. Could only get fbc sport and fbc channel. However, they reassured me that they're working on getting more channels on the TV.

We need to pay extra for internet. It was very slow and bearly worked.

Staff were very friendly and accomodating for our airport and port denarau transfers.

Rooms/bathrooms could be cleaner; we were in an inside room without much natural light.

Service , carpark, location and room facilities.

Gym, not maintained and replace the damaged treadmill with a rowing machine.
