Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen. Man ist schnell zu Fuß am Wasser und in dem Stadtzentrum und sogar an der Ananasplantage. Mit dem Auto ist man auch schnell an der Ausfahrt. Wir waren zuviert, die Wohnung bietet genug Platz. Die Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass wir einfache Gerichte zubereiten konnten. Der Gastgeber ist mega freundlich, hat uns gute Tipps gegeben, war sehr hilfsbereit.

Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt. Am besten nicht mit großem Gepäck anreisen :)

Excellent appartment, very nice and carefull owner.

Centrally located within a short walking distance from the city centre. Super host - Ricardo has really made an effort to provide us with all the important info necessary like the best restaurants, landmarks, and places that we should not miss! Spacious place, fit for a large family/group.

There is no lift and apartment is on the 4th floor so that was a little bit misleading. Showers needed some maintenance, water tends to flow slowly.

Quickly after having booked the appartment I was already contacted by the host Ricardo via whatsapp asking if already in Ponta Delgada and when/what time we wanted to check in. He also already provided directions to the appartment for taxi driver or when driving our (rental) car. Location was found quickly and Ricardo was already waiting for us. He is a very friendly guy, extensivly welcomed us and showed us around the appartment. We are a family of 5 with 3 grown up boys and the appartment was a perfect fit. The appartment had all we needed and is located very near to the center and the harbour. Ricardo gave us some (dinner) tips and even during our stay we could reach out to him for tips/suggestions.
