La zona è bellissima, il podere è in una bellissima posizione, ha una zona esterna molto bella e curata e anche la piscina è veramente top!
La nostra camera era molto spaziosa, ben curata in ogni dettaglio e tutto trasuda un’aria country chic. Le parti comuni sono bellissime, la zona colazione ricorda un cottage inglese.
Insomma tutto curato nei dettagli.
Accettano i cani.
La colazione molto buona, in un ambiente che ti mette di buon umore appena sveglio.
L’Argentario poi è a 20 minuti di auto, ma nella zona ci sono comunque tutti i servizi.

La camera bellissima e una vasca a dir poco spettacolare...sinceramente il posto è davvero bello e pulito peccato fosse solo una notte...consiglio veramente

Beautiful property in the Maremma region. Very comfortable, quaint, with beautiful details throughout. A great outdoor area with pool and hammocks a bit further, we enjoyed our stay a lot. Marco, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. He also bakes great cakes ! The breakfast was delicious! Thank you!

Having a lovely cottage to ourselves. Lovely breakfast in a lovely dining room. Short driving distance to the tarot garden and Michelin Star restaurant.

Very lovely garden with small private pool, very charming owner, and quiet surroundings. We enjoyed the view and the nature, especially with dogs, it is a good place to stay.

Fantastic setup, meticulously maintained and Marco was very helpful, offering additional info about our next destination and local events in the area. Enjoyed our brief stay immensely.

Beautiful situation with views to the castello of Marsiliana and countryside around. Very warm welcome from Marco who happily provided excellent tips on places to visit and places to eat around and about. Very clean and well decorated rooms with excellent outside seating area and easy access to beautiful pool and relaxing sun lounger area. Wonderful and varied breakfasts each day. We will definitely return!

Charming place, with a lot of care in every detail. Try the superb breakfast in the beautiful veranda. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable.
The location is a bit too close to the road, so you can hear cars passing by. Swimming pool is ok: but being a bit small, is better to be alone there.

Marco was a lovely host, friendly, helpful and accommodating without being intrusive. Podere l'olmaia is a beautiful structure, made up of a main house where the breakfast room is with views of the garden and other smaller buildings that house the apartments. We stayed in the smaller apartment which is just as in the photos, cosy, thoughtfully decorated and well equipt. We only stayed one night but would love to return for longer. As we had an early start we didnt have breakfast, but I can imagine it would be lovely.
Nothing really. Some people may not love the location as it is not in a village, so you need a car to go somewhere to eat. However it has beautiful views and is very quiet so a good nights sleep. Note that in early Feb so many restaurants were closed for a winter break, reopening for valentines weekend. We drove around quite a few places before we found something. I recommend calling ahead before driving somewhere!
