Der Parkplatz ist auf der anderen Straßenseite. Wenn man nicht ortskundig ist,muss man suchen. Aber er ist groß und demzufolge ein Pluspunkt.
-Zimmerreinigung findet nur am Montag, Dienstag, Mittwoch und Freitag statt ( die Info ist auf einer kleinen Tafel im Treppenhaus zu lesen)
-das Frühstück ist sehr ausbaufähig:
. aufgebackene TK-Schrippen, die unprofessionell aufgebacken und am Buffet gelagert wurden
. Angebot ist sehr dürftig, kein Obst und das Gemüse sehr minimalistisch, gekochte Eier werden auf Nachfrage nachgefüllt
. auf Nachfrage,ob es auch Rührei gibt, erfolgte ein klares "Nein"
. Kaffee wird nur auf Nachfrage in einer Tasse serviert
. Gastfreundlichkeit und Kommunikation sind nicht bewertbar,da sie nicht existieren
Am Hotel wird der gesamte Platz umgebaut,daher muss man über Europaletten und Bauplatten balancieren, sehr ungünstig für Gäste mit Einschränkungen (das hätte in einer Information erwähnt werden müssen) !!!
Alles in allem würde ich aktuell dieses Hotel keinem guten Bekannten empfehlen. Leider.

Difficult to get from parking to hotel due to major construction work in front of hotel.

no food or stores after 18:00
we could not adjust the shower and the water was scalding. breakfast was adequate

Location in the pretty village of Moosbach was Ideal. Breakfast was a bit basic compared with the last hotel we stayed in. But it was fresh. The rooms are beautifully decorated.
Restaurant menu was a bit limited, Bed was a little hard

Breakfast was delicious, room was clean. Owner speaks English. Nice and helpful stuff. Free parking near the hotel. Possible to have a dinner directly in hotel.
I booked room with 1 big bed (for 2 persons), but at fact it was room with 2 single beds. I didn't complain, but it is a little bit strange.

Manager/ host a bit grumpy & door locked when we arrived at 16.30.
