Near race circuit. Had a restaurant and spa

The restaurant food particularly dinner was not a high enough standard.

Beautiful interior architecture, decoration and lounge areas. Delicious food, good breakfast. Close enough to the track to enjoy the roar without being obnoxious.

The mattress was really uncomfortable, to the point of being painful. Easy fix, but still noteworthy.

Piękny basen, świetny personel, jedzenie też bardzo dobre.

Sprzątanie przebiegało bardzo wybiórczo. Brudna kabina prysznicowa była już do końca pobytu.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist einfach ein Traum, wer da nicht fündig wird dem kann nicht mehr geholfen werden. Die Lage und die Aussicht in diesem Hotel ist einfach gigantisch. Da wird der Kaffee in der Mittagssonne gleich zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis :-) Wir konnten dieses mal auch den SPA-Bereich sowie das Fitnesscenter nutzen. Nach einem Tag auf der Rennstrecke einfach genau das richtige wenn man dann abends noch entspannt ne Runde Sauna machen kann, im Pool noch ein paar Bahnen ziehen oder auf dem Laufband noch ein paar km joggen kann.

Das es so gut wie jede Nacht zwischen 03:00Uhr und 04:30Uhr so dermaßen laut wurde, dass an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken war. Das Hotel-Personal trifft sich jede Nacht vor dem Haupteingang, es wird schallend gelacht, lautstark diskutiert, rumgeschrien und man scheißt einfach auf die Nachtruhe! Auch nach wiederholter Beschwerde keinerlei Besserung, in einem 5 Sterne Hotel ein absolutes NoGo!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel felt very spacious.

The beds weren’t comfortable and the air con in the room wasn’t very effective. Not as close to the race track as implied online, not a walkable distance.

1. Paying in advance and then you go and they tell you that is not paid and you have to show them a proof and then they play dumb, every single time. This has happened more than 4 times. 2. Paying for the expensive rooms and you get the cheaper ones. I can go on and on... Big problem with the staff, no idea what they are doing.

Very silent environment, parking garage for free and surprisingly always empty, comfortable bed, a working heating system (nothing that is normal in South Europe), okay gym, nice pool. I love the nature around! Breakfast is quite okay.

By far the worst thing about this place: Coffee!!! It's simply impossible to get hold of a good or at least proper coffee in this hotel. I am unable to understand how a 5* hotel can fail so badly when it comes to such a simple thing! Any small coffee around has a barista machine that does a good job - but instant stuff (!!!) and also Nespresso is simply not 5* standard and doesn't justify the room fare. Please, it's a small investment - but a big effect. If I had one wish - this would be it. If the gym had slightly longer opening hours, that would also be great. Dinner is too expensive for what you get, I think. A kettle to boil some water inside the room would actually also be a minimum equipment when talking about a 5* hotel.
