Breakfast buffet

I was touring on my motorbike across Spain and wanted to go to Andorra. Andorra was so amazing I decided to stay the night. Found this place. The price, the location, the staff, the room(!!!!) It was all perfect. It even had secure parking for my bike! I'm coming back through Andorra. I will be staying here again on my way back.

Big room comes to be furnished very close to slopes and  restaurant/bars 

The fact that the windows were facing nothing, unless you were on the front side, which they also faced no real great view. but when you’re there for skiing, you don’t really mind.

bathroom needs an overhaul

Breakfast was average and very crowded. Room was leaking water through the ceiling. Bathroom was dirty. Hot water ran out often so there were only cold showers. Staff were unfriendly and didn’t want to be there. Would never stay there again.

Lovely staff, room was great, buffet breakfast selection as expected good choice.

No cups in sauna for water machine, hot steam room you need a drink and water machine is there...... called reception to ask, said will bring some down but never arrived, went to reception and reception said that house keeping are not here. In an area like a sauna, steam room jacuzzi we found that disappointing. But take your own plastic bottle lol Wouldn't stop us from returning.

First of all, the staff is very nice and helpful! We really liked the room! We asked for a balcony and we got 2 :) This is our first ski vacation and the hotel is very close to the ski lift of the Grandvalira resort. I hope that we'll return next year

The gym needs a refresh in terms of equipment

The buffet breakfast was good. Location was relatively close.

It is not ski in/ ski out. The room accommodations are not as specified. Our room was an apartment for 4 adults and 2 of the beds were twin sofa beds. All the beds had thin sofa bed type mattresses and were extremely uncomfortable. There was a huge bolt that lowered half of the living room area ceiling to about 4 feet high that made the room very uncomfortable and small. I selected this property because it had parking. Upon arrival their parking was full, there was no reservations available prior to arrival. If I had been made aware of this situation previously I would have stayed somewhere else. There were several guests with the same situation.
