Hele mooie locatie, super mooi uitzicht over het meer, het zwembad en de sauna zijn ook goed. Receptie personeel is vriendelijk.

De prijs-kwaliteits verhouding was niet geweldig. Je betaalt vooral voor de locatie. Het personeel in het restaurant was niet bijzonder vriendelijk, maar het eten was matig. Het was helaas geen 5-sterren ervaring.

Girişte deskteki oerdonek kendi dillerinde konuşup yüksek fiyat talep ettiler, kasitli olarak yanlis bilgi verdiler (belli rakamdaki odalarin giris altı oldugunu ifade ettiler), bunun uzerine biz booking’den rezervasyon ysptirdik. Son derece sevimsiz bir durumdu.

Hygiene was scandalous! The recepcionist told us the room is ready, once we entered our room it was very filthy. The trash bins were full. Bathroom was very messy, toilet letters, empty shampoo bottles thrown everywhere, hair too. 🤢 the beds were very filthy with crumbs and hairs. We stayed for 5 days and the cleaning team came only ONCE! They only changed our trash cans and didn’t do anything else. We stayed 5 days in filth, such a pitty, I couldn’t wait to go back home to clean ourselves properly. Sad to see a beautiful hotel to have these problems. Sadly the breakfast was poor too… This hotel deserves a better management.

The property is perfectly located. It took us 5-10 minutes in a taxi to get to the busy centre of Ohrid. We found that the Hotel was our calm after being in the center for the day. The beach below the hotel was clean, inviting and has a little bar. The staff at Inex went out of their way to help us in any way they could. Nothing we asked was too difficult or a big deal they were happy to help!
