staff really helpful and attentive

The room was beautifully clean and very spacious. Our room was in the eaves of the building giving it some real character. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and communication excellent throughout the booking process and stay. Hotel was in a good location having green open space to walk whilst near to my business appointment. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Ordering breakfast the night before. Breakfast was great but prefer to choose food in the morning when I know what I really fancy.

It was cheap, but that was about it. It served a purposed. Bathrooms newly renovated but not maintained well.

It was very dated, the windows were single glazed and let in a huge draft, which in the middle of winter was horrible in the bathroom. It must cost a fortune in heating this place. The rooms, decor and furniture were very very very dated.

The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was good however the coffee wasn’t very hot.

It was very dark in the bathroom as only 1 of 3 bulbs actually worked. Cups kettle tea and coffee provided but no milk! A little difficult getting into the room sometimes as the keycard was a little temperamental.

Check in was good, very professional team who are really welcoming and cannot do enough for you. At breakfast another guest wasn't feeling well and the team member did all she good to ensure the guest was looked after, whilst also maintaining excellent service with the rest of us. Breakfast was piping hot, exactly what I ordered and good quality food. Decor and maintenance of the property is a little dated, but I literally checked in, left to go out for dinner, slept, had breakfast and left so this for me was not an issue. Shower was wonderful.

Nothing all was well apart from small carpark

The rooms were spacious with hi-tech Mira showers that were perfectly set and switched on with one button. We could park our car near the room for easy access and peaceful.

Some of the bathroom looked dusty and when the heating was on the smell of the stale cigarette smoke would linger in the air. We found the tv hard to use and the digital tv operation differed from one room to the next.

Small, friendly hotel in an ideal location for visiting Cribbs Causeway.

Signage could be better

Shower pressure was very good. Bathroom was clean although toilet button and seat were broken.

The room was very spacious. I am disabled and a ground floor room was given as requested. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The cooked breakfast was lovely and plentiful, the staff were lovely and really looked after any needs you had .
