We had a lovely time here. Everything we needed. Very comfortable. Only 1 complaint from neighbour the first evening when some of our party were delayed and arrived late so a bit of chatting quite late. I wouldn’t expect to be partying and playing loud music here. It’s quite a residential area. Property central to everything and ate at the restaurants locally. Several supermarkets within walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay thank you Jacques. The view is absolutely fantastic and the pool, although small is perfect for cooling down on a hot day. Regarding other reviews, yes the cicada insects are noisy but they are pretty much everywhere in Croatia so I don't know why someone complained about this or the steps up to the property (although maybe not recommended for the elderly). The location is excellent for restaurants in the town and all other facilities in Tisno. Small gripe, a few extra keys would have been nice seeing as we were a group of 8 adults. Also the charging for towels situation needs to be a bit more clear up front. We didn't use any in the end so we weren't charged but I only knew about this because of the other reviews! Surely for the price of the apartment the cleaning of 8 towels could be thrown in too?

Great location and gorgeous views with great outdoor space. Really enjoyed our stay and know the area well from previous trips over last few years. Couple of things could be improved upon, had to rent towells from the property manager as would not be flying from abroad with suitcase of towells . Is unusual not to have towells included in rental. We had booked for 12 nights and had to cut our trip short to only 7 nights due to change in travel restrictions the week before which of course is by no means the owners concern however our request to amend the booking was not addressed and we paid for 12 nights. A refund for 1 or 2 nights would have been a nice gesture. Overall we had a great stay and the view and outdoor space are the stars of this property. Communication with local property manager made our stay and our earlier checkin easy.

Could not complain about this place, location, views, price, everything spot on

No wifi, no air conditioning in the main room, and no boat. neighbor is extremely sensitive to any music (even during the day) and will approach you. property manager was not very cordial, and host charged us extra fees for items that we were not responsible for. BEWARE before booking!

The stay was great. The pictures does not match the view of the town and the surroundings, its amazing! Well equiped kitchen and a very friendly host made our stay great! Can highly recommend this place for a pleasent stay with friends and family though not with too small children.

The house is big, offers everything needed and is situated between different beautiful towns and beaches. Its rooms are decorated with great taste, the beds are comfortable the bathrooms are all renewed and modern. The little beach nearby is wonderful, same applies to the beaches in Murter which are only about 10 minutes drive away. The housekeeper Jelena is friendly and responsive. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house, thank you to Jacques and Jelena.

Sehr schönes gut eingerichtetes Haus. Alles vorhanden was man braucht zum kochen. Pool mit herrlicher Aussicht übers Meer. 2 grosszügige Terassen mit viel Platz. Die Anmeldung unserer Ankunft bei der Housesitterin ging vergessen. Daher war das Haus nicht bereit bei Ankunft. Jelena war aber sehr hilfsbereit und organisierte kurzfristig alles. Alles Entschuldigung gab es freie Check Out Zeit. Top.

Wir haben das Haus bereits vor 6 Jahren schon einmal gemietet und wurde nicht enttäuscht! Die Terrasse mit der Aussicht ist herrlich, der kleine Pool ist bei heißem Wetter zum abfrischen ideal. Der Liegeplatz an der Mole war optimal für unser Boot.

Après avoir gravi les 72 marches qui séparent la route de la maison, nous avons découvert un petit coin de paradis. La maison entièrement remise à neuf et parfaitement équipée nous a permis de jouir de toutes les commodités nécessaires pour apprécier au mieux notre séjour à Tisno. La vue est remarquable au point qu'on ne s'en lasse pas. La piscine, par ces chaleurs, est tout bonnement délicieuse et permet de lire un livre devant une vue splendide tout en se rafraichissant quelque peu. C'est donc une adresse que nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation. Le village de Tisno est également agréable à visiter avec ses nombreux restaurants et son port de plaisance.

My friends and I have just returned from a week long stay in this villa. The pool is perfect (although small) and in my opinion is the best feature of this villa with its amazing view of the sea. The air conditioning was also great and definitely required as the temperatures were in the low 30s. The villa is light and airy and provides a nice living space. Unfortunately there are a number of negatives: 1) The crickets in the trees next to the pool - the noise coming from these insects became almost unbearable at times when trying to relax; 2) The advert states there is Internet (one of the main reasons we rented this appt - paramount for any family these days!) and a Boat (the owner stated this was actually an anchoring point rather than a boat; 3) the steps, which is the only way to access this villa, can be very tiring after a long day in the sun / night out; 4) there was a lot of broken glass around the garden when we arrived, which we had to clear up (the housekeeper advised us to be careful!). Things to note that this villa does NOT supply: Towels (ALWAYS supplied when renting a villa), Toaster; Kettle. The real down-side of this villa is that the owner deducted 150 euros from our deposit to clean the three towels we used. The towels were in an open basket, on top of the main bedroom wardrobe and we had no idea these were not to be used to by guests! I explained to the owner that this needed to be made clear to guests and that 150 Euros to clean three towels is ridiculous, however he deducted the 150 regardless. Overall a lovely holiday however we wont be returning to this villa.

Nous avons séjourné en famille de 5 pendant une semaine, la maison est bien équipée et confortable. La vue est superbe et conforme aux photos! On peut aller à pied au village ce qui est pratique. (Ce serait bien d'éventuellement intégrer le linge dans la location) merci pour cette belle semaine de vacances!

Une maison nichée dans la verdure d'une colline et possédant une vue incomparable. Des lits confortables, une cuisine équipée impeccable, plusieurs salle de bains, 2 terrasses, une piscine rafraîchissante bref la maison de vacances idéale. Beaucoup d'excursions à faire dans la région et pour tous les goûts : de la découverte de Zadar à la balade en bateau dans les îles. Bref, un séjour parfait!

Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison :) au delà de nos espérance, la maison est très jolie, très fonctionnelle (8places, 3 douches, un lave-vaisselle) et la vue est absolument magnifique. De plus la petite piscine permet de se rafraichir et le ponton est vraiment sympa pour se baigner dans la mer juste devant la maison, pensez juste à prendre des chaussures en plastique pour se baigner (beaucoup d'oursins) Voilà, un excellent séjour, je recommande cette maison :)

Bonjour, j'ai séjournée à la KUCA Louise avec un groupe d'amies. La maison est très bien décorée et très bien équipée. La literie est très confortable et les salles de bain de très bon gout. Les deux terrasses surplombent la mer avec une vue imprenable on y passe de long moments à y refaire le monde... Le village de TISNO et l'ile de MURTER sont des endroits magnifiques et l'ambiance qui règne sur cette île est très conviviales. Endroit que je recommande vivement.
