Excellent hotel, with large room, good food, and lovely staff who are always ready to help and make your stay comfortable. Galinda and Maria particularly went out of their way to make my birthday stay memorable and made a cake with a fountain candle for breakfast! Thank you! Maria was also very helpful with our little one.
Breakfast selection was good but the hot food choice could be a little bigger. Otherwise wonderful!

Pool & Sauna were great. Even though the pool could be a little warmer especially for kids.

We had to call and wait for receptionist a few times since they were not on site.
Initially we got the wrong room (1 bed room instead of 2 bed room)
The water heater was dirty so we had to ask for a clean one.
Kinder paradise room is very dated and dark. Our children didn't want to play here.

Very spacious, we had double room apt. Was really nice. Swimming pool was opened and we could visit any time…very good breakfast.

Hotel Bergjuwel is on the main road and very close to a bus stop. Ski cellar is decent but we did not use it. Pool and sauna also decent if you enjoy that as part of the overall experience. Breakfast was quite good, same every day but enough selection for variety. Prosecco is served as part of the buffet, common in the better European hotels and a nice touch.
Overall we were happy with our stay. Covid is not easy for this industry and the hotel staff is doing their best. The bar area was empty every night which was a shame.

Very well priced. Especially in view of being able to use facilities at the Bergkonig resort while staying at the Bergjuwel (same owner). We had a wonderfull time!

Location is very good: hotel is not far from restaurants in the village, but the ski bus to Stubai is almost empty at the nearest station to this hotel.
We also liked the whole place and personnel at reception desk
