No usamos la piscina pero se veía limpia y cómoda

Sí bien es cierto que las instalaciones son algo antiguas, el lugar no deja de ser algo en lo que te sentirás cómodo. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cuentan con muchos detalles positivos. Me gustó mucho que ofrecen nevera, microondas, vasos, platos, cubiertos, e incluso una estufa.

No es algo super negativo pero quizás el sistema de parqueo es algo a mejorar y sobretodo el aspecto de tener a alguien que deba abrir y cerrar la reja. Algo mecánico ayudaría a la facilidad de entrada y salida de vehículos

Service during breakfast was so slow. Only one kid attending 8 tables. Same menu every day. Shocked of the quality of the coffee (I mean its colombia right?). Wifi was flaky

you used to have 2 computer that your tenants could use in your lobby you no longer have the computers for use in the lobby

Great hotel. Big room, swimming pool and breakfast.

Pool was nice and big. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had the suite and it had a fridge, desk and sofa. Lots of space in the room. AC worked well. Breakfast was alright, basic but fine. Was located in a safe area.

Pool and pool chairs weren't kept very clean. Room didnt have any bedside lighting and only one bedside table for the double bed. Also would have been nice to provide some cups/glasses for the room as we had a fridge. Also restaurant not open for dinner, closes after lunch.

Gym equipment was not cleaned.And a little warning about purchasing or ordering things online with hotel internet.On my last day at the hotel i went online to buy train tickets for when i got to the UK.With in hours of doing this.An attempt was made by someone in Mamaibo,Venezuela.To buy some items from a headphone shop using my bank card.Luckily my bank blocked this transaction and contacted me to see if it had been me doing this.So it seems this person has access to the hotel internet and will collect your card details.To buy things with your card online.

The staff was very, very nice. You have some great people working there. The waiter during breakfast was very polite, and his name happend to be John, just as mine, so we ended up calling each other tokayo.

The stove in our room was not working, and there was no hot water late in the evening.

I stay here all the time when I come to Barranquilla and love the location and size of the room. It was my birthday so I was upgraded to the balcony for free. I love the pool and my girlfriend child loved the pool.

Just 2 things I didn't like. First, everytime I come the grill to cook never gets hot so it's useless to think you can cook. Also before I was about to go, I was charged 50000 cop for my girlfriend kids using the pool. That's about 10 usd. What pissed me off was the fact they didn't mention this. I've been to other hotels in Colombia and they always make up bogus charges like this or the towels was damaged to get extra money from tourist. I could have made a big fuss about this but I didn't. I come to Barranquilla about 4 or 5 times a year and I'm not sure I will stay there again. I'm sure they don't make other Colombians pay for having guest use the pool as well

the tv volume control couldn’t be adjusted to a higher volume. very difficult to listen to programming. No I’m not hearing impaired. The breakfast was subpar.

unfortunately the pool was not clean and the person serving breakfast need help, he is by himself and breakfast can take more than 30 min to be served. the rooms are too average. the hotel needs an upgrade and work in the bedrooms.

The location is operated like a hotel, but the accommodation is very much like a small apartment. Hot water at all times for the shower. Small kitchenette facility with fridge, microwave and hotplate. Staff are very friendly and at reception I was given the opportunity to review available styles to see which I preferred (I selected the open plan). Good breakfast. Good housekeeping. Located in the El Prado area of the city. Within walking distance of the Malecon (15-20mins) which is a promenade alongside the river Magdelena.

Internet is generally available with good signal but can be a bit patchy at times. Reception staff are very helpful and will do what they can to improve the router closest to the suite you are staying in.

Overall everything was perfect, however they need to get better in their breakfast variety.

The room has good space. It had a small kitchen, fridge a dinner table and a couch. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had good space, hot water worked fine.

I made a reservation with a company credit card, but at the check in they asked me for a credit card to use on the POS. But I didn't have it because it was arrange by my company, so I have to use my personal credit card. The hotel feels kinda old. The breakfast was ok. But you can get better option for the price very close by. The hotel is not expensive, but I would pay a little more for a more modern hotel, with better breakfast. If you need just a place to stay in that part of the city its ok.
