Very nice owner, contact at any time, all necessary things in the apartment. Not far from the beach (10 minutes on foot). Parking at the house. We got a gift when we left.

The apartmant we booked was big enough, and it was well equipped, it was on the 2nd floor, it was an attic apartman also, with plenty of inner height. We had a problem with the mattress, it was an old (or very used) spring mattress which did not support our backs, so we woke up with lower back pain. We told it to the owner and she changed it to a new one on the same day (which was not a spring mattress). She reacted quickly to a problem we told her, which was very good.
There are 5 apartments in the building, each one has the entrance from the same stairway. The front doors of the apartments are simple interior doors without doorstep (threshold), so between the doors and the floor there is half a centimeter of space. Also the walls are bad from soundproofing perspective, kids running in other apartments can be heard and felt.
One day the tenants (2 guys with deep voice) spoke to each other in their apartmant (right below ours) which kept me awake until 4 am. (They did not hear my knocking on their door.). Few days after that they left and a family with 4 kids arrived in the same apartmant (below ours), so we could sleep at night from there on, but the voices were still annoying during the day.
If someone sensitive to voices from neighbors, these apartments are not recommended. If usually you don't have this problem and you can't be bothered or kept awake by voices from other apartments, this is a good pick for you!
ps: microwave oven and dishwasher would be really nice, but we didn't expect those, since the list did not have them.
