What a perfect Hotel with wonderful helpful staff. Food was lovely and very reasonably priced and the rooms were amazingly with really comfortable beds. Great central location for everything.Will definitely return.

Fantastic location, quiet but close to the centre, eating places and supermarkets. Beautiful Turkish breakfast with a good variety, lovely clean and comfortable rooms and the pool area is perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the peacefulness from the terrace.

Excellent location 30min drive from airport. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel was spotless and easy to find, good parking available. The breakfast, included in the price, was fantastic. I will certainly stay again.

Everything, this hotel is a little gem. It's a family run hotel & the service is fantastic. The room was big, the bed was comfy, the Turkish breakfast was amazing. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome from start to finish.

the booked and extra paid room with terrace was confirmed with one king size bed. but at check in the reserved room wasn’t avalanche given to someone else. the alternative room had a small backyard balcony. also important to notice is the very dirty garden full of garbage, swimming pool was empty and was being filled in 3 days but non available to swim in. the room was dusty, dirty floors and not cleaned bathroom. in general the hotel wasn’t ready to welcome guests. the staff didn’t care much about their priorities and took some responsibility after making complaints.

We stayed for 17 nights, breakfast was the same every day and we had to pay extra for orange juice, no other cold drink was offered, one of the staff was sulky and miserable and he took our order for omelettes, we waited and waited and they never turned up! Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

This hotel was meant to be boutique hotel, the rooms were dirty and toilet rolls in very short supply! Staff unfriendly and our room was not cleaned when we questioned this they said it would be done every other day! When room was cleaned the tiled floors were left soaking wet causing big hazard of slipping and falling. I had to carry four cases down to reception myself on checkout as staff were nowhere to be seen. I love Dalyan and will return again but not to this hotel which us one step up from a hostel

Breakfast was wonderful and the staff cannot do enough for you (with a little help from Google translate sometimes). Always great value for money, exceptionally clean and friendly. This is the fourth time we have stayed here and no doubt we will be back again in the future.

The swimming pool was looking a little green (although we were here pretty late in the season) and feel that the common areas outside are looking somewhat tired and could do with a little tlc to bring them back to the standard it was a few years ago when we first stayed here.
