Absolutely fantastic property and amenities. Everyone was super proactive about communication and maintained that throughout.
We were advised of an issue with the hot tub prior to check-in but assured they would have someone out to fix it first thing the next day, and they did! Someone was there to check levels and maintain the tub every few days. Management was available via text as needed.
Perfect for families with kids - they even have a pack-&-play, baby gates for the stairs, sippy cups, kids plates and utensils, and a booster seat!
Also brought our pups and they had a blast in the snow. They loved the puppy treats too!!

Our grown children from all over the country met us for a ski trip. The location was ideal! The house worked perfectly for sleeping, cooking large meals, hot tub for sore muscles and puzzles to do while relaxing by the fire. A huge snow storm closed the pass and we were able to extend our stay at the house for an extra night. The person who I called to request an extension was helpful and pleasant to work with. I will definitely try to stay in this house again for a future trip!

Five adults shared this lovely home for a week. It was fabulous. The hot tub was "clean as a whistle" and was serviced twice while we were there. It is one of the larger ones we have enjoyed in our many vacation rentals. We loved it. The umbrella on the deck and the Weber grill were perfect. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness of the grill! The house is well appointed, roomy, and a wonderful place to make new Colorado memories. If you're an easy-trail summer hiker, don't miss the Serenity Trail that starts just a bit down the road from the base of the Gemini lift. Also Lower Roof of the Rockies Trail at the top of the Gondola. Enjoy!!

We were exceptionally pleased with this rental. There was plenty of room for our large group of six adults and five children. The kitchen was stocked with just about every item you need for cooking. My group and I had an excellent stay in Winter Park with no issues. The house was in a great location for skiing and getting to other locations in wlWinter Park. The house was super clean and the common areas were more spacious than the pictures imply. Overall a great stay. I would recommend scoping out the backup parking if you're going to have more than two cars as it is a fairly small lot and you may need to use the larger lot a little further away. Overall an excellent stay that we would highly recommend.

Single family with all adult children and significant others. Fantastic open floor plan connecting kitchen, dining, and living space, along with view of the ski area. Also terrific was the privacy separating 2 master bedrooms on first floor and upstairs bedrooms. Great mudroom for easy storage of ski stuff and bench for donning ski boots! Needed a hot tub adjustment and very helpful Staff member appeared in 30 minutes to resolve. We cooked in every night - the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and serving all foods. Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome Location with Everything You Need
Had a reunion with some friends here hoping for som spring skiing at Mary Jane. The home had great entertainment spaces for us to play games as well as watch movies and play ping pong downstairs. The kitchen was well equipped as we cooked a lot at home and it was convenient to have a dishwasher after every meal. The hot tub was amazing with great views. The communication with the property managers was seamless and prompt. Would definitely come back next time I’m in CO.

Amazing spot for family vacation-something for everyone!!
Fantastic experience all around!! Stunning views, comfy beds and plenty of space for everyone in our party (8 adults, 3 kids). We never felt crowded due to the bedrooms being spread out and good flow throughout the house. We even had a couple of extra adults join us for part of the week on the air mattress in the basement and it worked out great!
This property had something for everyone—movie room, well outfitted kitchen with All-Clad cookware, hot tub, fireplace with comfortable chairs and couch, large en suite bathrooms, kids toys and coloring books, etc. not to mention proximity to the resort and ease of getting there with the shuttle.
We are definitely coming back to Winter Park and will stay at this propriety again. Thanks for an unforgettable family vacation!!

I actually didn’t get a chance to stay in this property because when they checked in on it that morning, the heat was out and it wasn’t an easy fix. I was coming up with my dog. So they immediately found me another property to stay in and were wonderful to work with. I do hope to stay at this property in the future because its location and amenities look wonderful.

Winter Park Vacation
We loved the house, the location and working with the employees at Winter Park Resorts. It couldn't have been more perfect for us. The house is cozy, with a beautiful interior design, a fabulous kitchen and plenty of space for our family to relax and have fun. We loved being five minutes from the Winter Park Ski Resort skier drop off. We were sad to leave and we're already planning our next stay.

Great Stay!
Your location, accommodations and view are outstanding! We had plenty of room to sprawl out with our family of 9. The large kitchen table was perfect. (Maybe another couch on the upstairs living room?). The garage was so great and the entry was was nice and big so we had plenty of room to gear up to ski/board.
The only issue we had with our stay was not directly about the accommodations, but with the free transit bus system. On your website, when I spoke to someone in your office and on publications in our townhouse, it was highly recommended that we download the app Lift Rider. In the 5 days we were there with 8 of us having the app, it only tracked the bus 1 time. Which meant walking down the road with our gear to, more times than not, stand for 20-40 minutes waiting on the bus. We are aware you are not directly responsible nor do you have control of the local bus system. However, it would be extremely beneficial for your guests to know the situation before arriving for their stay so they can plan accordingly for transportation. transportation. It might be good for your office to be up to speed on that to offer your guests the very best stay. Because as far as we are concerned that was the biggest issue we had. Our only other issue (though extreme trivial, was the trundle bed in the upstairs bedroom. When pulled out, it took up the entire room and we were unable to even access the closet. I would have liked to have known that prior to our visit as we could arrange differently.
Our place was very clean and cozy and offered all the amenities we needed and wanted. The hot tub and its view was superb. The number of bathrooms was perfect. The air hockey table in the basement was so much fun! And our beds were VERY comfortable!
Thank you for your excellent service and also for checking in on us the day we were to arrive. That was a welcome touch.

Really comortable house
This house was immaculate! Everything worked well and it was very comfortable. Location is good, within walking distance of all the activities at the base of the mountain. There is a nice view of the mountain from the living room windows. I would recommend it, as long as everyone can do stairs.

Great Home and Neighborhood
We really enjoyed the Lakota house and neighborhood! The house was very warm and welcoming upon our arrival. We loved the lower level entrance and the space was perfect to store all your coats, shoes, etc and the heated floors did a great job drying off your shoes.
The house was clean and the amenities were plentiful.
It is across the street from one of the Winter Park entrances and there is a shuttle at the end of the block.
Walking in the neighborhood was nice and lots of little streets to explore.
The snow plows did a great job plowing the driveway and street.
Convenient location not far from town and shopping but yet in a quiet neighborhood.

The perfect mountain townhome
We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The kids took the bunk room and queen rooms and loved having the top floor to themselves with their own bathroom. The adults took the two king rooms on the main floor. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms very large and clean. The hot tub was our favorite! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook. And lastly, the view was pretty awesome which looks right at the ski slopes.

Our family of 8 (5 adults, 3 17-year-old young men) stayed for 4 nights in mid-March, 2019. We could not have asked for a better place. The condo is tastefully decorated. A great touch is that all the light switches are labeled. My wife commented that the beds were the most comfortable she had ever slept in. (It's a Leesa matress.) Humidifiers were provided for every bedroom - a thoughtful touch. Three full baths and a powder room meant no one was waiting for a bathroom. The kitchen amenities were all there, including most cooking staples. We had an issue with the hot tub on the first day, and by the next morning it was fixed. Towels for the hot tub are conveniently located in a basket by the patio door. The Green Line shuttle provides convenient service to the slopes every 20 minutes, and is about a 100-yard walk from the condo. Communication with the management company was wonderful. Lakota Antlers 300 was everything we had hoped it would be, and then some!

Great house!
This house was perfect for our group! The furnishings are extra nice, beds are very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Great location if you want to be near the base of Winter Park. The shuttle picked us up about a block away. You could easily walk the .8 miles to the base if you were not lugging ski gear.
