The girl on reception was super helpful and kind. The room itself was lovely, in particular, a good shower especially after the walk in the Gorge. The location is perfect, the bus stop for the walk in the gorge is right outside the hotel. Also, the hotel restaurant is very good value and food is very tasty.

The staff was amazing! They responded very quickly on booking.com chat to any questions. The rooms and bathrooms are large especially coming from Paris. It is very clean. The location is perfect in a little town and 30 seconds to the bus stop to take you to a popular 14km hiking spot. The restaurant in the hotel is Also very good. Lots of treats available in the shop too for presents to take home. Free parking on site.

Very nice and service minded personnel. We got good tips for our hike and they prepared a good picnic although we forgot to prebiotic it. The restaurant with their outdoor seating was good as well as the breakfast.

We found the price a bit high, but so it was in most hotels in the region.

Thibault is fantastic! He is the host I think and he was already super friendly on the phone before we arrived. He took good care of us and gave us perfect tips about hiking trails and dinner places. We arrived a little later than the check in lasts, but that was no problem at all! We had a very warm welcome and recieved a perfect room for two! They even made us a salad late that night, even though the kitchen was about to close. Everyone was so nice and kind. Breakfast was good and the setting was so romantic and cosy! Especially at night time with the lights are on outside on the terrace, that is really beautiful! The room was perfectly clean and a modern cast technology provided us from the option to watch Netflix at night, very nice! We will certainly stay here again when we are in Verdon again! Thank you!

Perfeclty located between the lake and the gorges! Extremely friendly personnel that guides you with all the activities that you can do in the area. Tidy rooms with renovated bathrooms. Great food!

Missed the availabilities of entrées, only shared starters or a small selection of starters. Room of 4 missed closed space

A bit surprised to see that the two disinfection dispensers in the reception area were empty throughout our 3-day stay. Not a good signal in these COVID-19 times. Furthermore, the cleaning of the room was not spotless either with dead insects in the room for 2 days. When asking for suggestions for hiking, the staff reply: “just do like everyone else”… i wouldn’t come back.
