Stunning property in a exceptional location.

Absolutely terrible restaurant. Air-conditioner in our room was broken and staff didn’t inform us at arrival. Current temperature outside is around 37 degrees daily.

Grate time in the heart of winery! Comfortable modern hotel, perfectly decorated and clean. The terrace facing wine yard was amazing. Take guided tour and tasting to be involved in atmosphere completely. Attentive staff and nice restaurant.

We were welcomed warmly, our room was immaculate and massive, the bed was extremely comfortable. The food served was tasty and delicious and our evening meal was delicious too. We had breakfast in our room which was lovely treat on out veranda. Would highly recommend to anyone. We will be back for a slightly longer stay next time. It was a lovely stay for my partners birthday treat. Thank you.

A few tweaks I think are needed. There was no information pack so we didn't know what was on offer quad bikes restaurant times etc that night have been helpful. Staff left dirty tables outside after lunchtime for ages napkins flew all around the pool area and slammed the door each time going In out. Bit annoying when you are relaxing by the pool. At no time during the afternoon by the pool did anyone ask if we wanted a drink or anything..just would have been nice to be asked. At our evening meal while my partner was still eating his starter they bought his main out...the restaurant was not busy at this time and a few minutes between courses would have been nice. But this would not deter us from re visiting.

The property is beautiful, we have stayed here on four occasions, it’s our little treat when we are in Spain it’s peaceful & immaculately clean BUT on this occasion the staff let It down badly

There were not enough staff, the hotel seemed full looking at the number of guests in the Restaurant, food was average at best, waiter forgot our wine, & when he brought it he carelessly poured out a little in one glass then banged the bottle on the table, Breakfast I felt was rushed & the waiter disappeared so no coffee top up, Lunch fared no better, my meal had to returned as it was cold, & beers were warm . I don’t really want to he negative as this is such a lovely hotel, maybe we were unlucky on the day but we were so disappointed we left a day early, & the receptionist didn’t ask why

Nice, spacious rooms in peaceful environment. Great food and wines. Nice pool area.

Room not well cleaned, dirty floor an empty toilet paper roll left on the floor. Activities did not meet up to our expectations. The bikes were just crap and no one could give us directions for hiking.

Peace and tranquility and of course the wine made from grapes within touching distance. Food good and personal attention.

The wine tasting/bodega experience depends on a group of 6 or more, so we lost out there as a single couple, at the times of afternoon when this would have appealed to us. The resort should appreciate that the "Bodega experience" is the main attraction and naturally leads to disappointment if not fulfilled.
