Quiet location and excellent breakfast with lovely and friendly staff

Die Unterkunft war wirklich perfekt gelegen für Sirmione und die Erkundung um den Gardasee.
wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben ein wunderschönes Zimmer beziehen dürfen. Das Zimmer lag im hinteren Teil des Hauses und daher vor Lärm & Einsicht geschützt.
Das Zimmer selbst hatte alles, was man brauchte und sogar ein großer Kühlschrank war enthalten.
Das Frühstück war mit viele Liebe zubereitet und man bekam immer kleine Aufmerksamkeiten (selbstgebackener Kuchen, Rühreier, Fetakäse mit Oliven etc.) mit dazu.
Den Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück haben wir für 10€ bei 3 Übernachtungen mit gebucht, hätten aber auch kostenfrei auf der Straße parken können.

Very nice staff, the breakfast was homemade and diverse, we really felt at home. The garden and the pool is clean, and the lake is basically 2 minutes away on foot.:)

Everything was great, we really enjoyed. The breakfast outside was nice. It was very close to the beach, and also it was nice to cool off in the pool. We felt really relaxed and at home.

The owner Miriam is really kind and helpful!
The room is nice and the bed is comfortable (hard one is my favourite).
The only thing is that there is no elevator and there is a table outside of the room that decreases the privacy.
Overall, cute place, little bit far from the bus station.

Liked everything only thing we would change is the temperature in the apartment would like it turned down a bit The air con was good but struggled against the heat to cool the room to our comfort sleeping zone

Parking spot in front of the location and free! The parking in the center will leave a bad memory to your wallet 😉
Last but not least,the host us very friendly and helpful with information about the surroundings
They speak English and German as I could observe and although I speak Italian it was very nice to see that some hosts respect their guests and try to communicate in other languages.
A good overall experience!
Not necessarily a bad thing but it's worth mentioning:The pool closes at 7 p.m.

This apartment was very clean at all, they cleaned it every day. The breakfast was very satisfying, the host was very kind, the environment is very beautiful. The garden, and the pool is also great. The beach is very close to the apartment.
We were disappointed a little bit that the pool can only be used until 7 PM. Maybe this could have been discussed, if we would have asked.

The athmosphere of this place was even better than the location. Basically the backyard was a footstep away from the lake. The pool is extra clean and the owner is really cute.

The place ir very very nice and hosts are very hospitable! Relaxing neighborhood. House is about 200 m till the Lago di Garda beach with beach bar and many activities on a water. You can relax also near the pool in the garden. 3 km till Sirmione Centro Storico. We appreciate possibility to visit centre, but live outside the tourist crowds. Would be nice to have bikes for rent at the property.
To soft bed mattress, a bit painful back in the morning after night rest. Squeking metal bed whan you are torning around during sleep. Broken door of the shower cabin - it asks for small repairing. But still-perfect place for rest and visiting Lago di Garda.
