The condo was beautiful and in an excellent location. The large deck was awesome with a terrific view of the ocean and sunset. The kitchen had all the necessary supplies. The AC units worked without issue. The pool was fun, but on the cooler side.

Vacasa, the property manager, was horrible and will never book another reservation with them again. The key was not available and the condo door was open when we arrived. A local assistant had to drop off a key 2 hours after our arrival, which ruined our first night. The wi-fi never worked for 12 of 14 nights and the local Vacasa property manager was extremely poor at communicating with the problems and his inability to get the wi-fi connected. After days of communicating with Vacasa HQ, and help with Booking.com's customer service, we were able to get a partial refund due to the lack of wi-fi.

La terraza sin duda es el mejor lugar para disfrutar de las vistas. El apartamento es muy cómodo para las 4 personas que se permiten. Todo en general muy limpio y seguro. Muy recomendado para relajarse y disfrutar de las bellísimas playas cercanas.

Amazing views of the ocean - waves - and sunsets

Did not know which floor room was located. Arriving at night can be a little confusing. Was not aware of the main road bridge out in Brasilito

gorgeous condo, very clean.

The fact that it's on such a high hill should be better communicated. We had a family member with mobility limitations and the number of steps to the beach was a challenge.

The condo was beautiful and in a great location. Easy access to the beach and restaurants.

The beds retained heat so it was impossible to get cool enough to sleep.

The apartament has a great view to the ocean and to the Bay siđe.

The place was just like the pictures! So spacious and nicely stocked with amenities for our one week stay - washer/dryer, cooking utensils, netflix login, two balconies to enjoy the ocean view, etc. The area was very chill/relaxing, compared to other beach areas in guanacaste that have become crowded but yet with amenities within walking distance. The location turned out to be great for us - we couldn't tell from googlemaps how far it was from 'stuff' but it turned out to only be a 5 min. walk to the small plaza with restaurants, pharmacy and mini-market as well as a 5 min. walk the other direction towards the beach. If we had more energy in us, we would've gone to Margaritaville for drinks, which was right across the street - Note: the walk does include a steep decline (there's steps) and walking on the side of a main road, but there were others walking on that path. We enjoyed reading some of the books left on the shelf, that we left a few behind to 'contribute'. :)

WiFi was weak in one of the bedrooms, plus there was construction right outside one of the bedrooms that started before 8am. Recommend to check about any construction before you book if sleeping in is important...

the proximity to the beach was amazing, and the views from the living room were nice.

the property manager was not transparent about the construction taking place in the community, which obstructed views from both bedrooms. This issue was reported the first night we were informed that it was logged as a priority ticket. Nonetheless, we never heard back regarding the ticket or recommendations for how we could address the concern. Overall, this experience made me a bit skeptical for how Booking.com reviews vacation rentals via companies like Vacasa to make sure they are delivering a product consistent with the ratings issued.

Perfect place to rest, wonderful ocean view, well-equipped apartment

Location, accommodation, balcony view

I appreciated the added touches of paper towel and tin foil and laundry soap but didn’t expect not to have extra toilet paper. We also appreciated the beach toys and beach chairs and boogie boards. That was a nice touch.

We had a nice stay but there are a couple of things to point out. The pool has been really cold so the kids have barely swam in it. It was disappointing how cold it was. Luckily our friends are just up the road and we were able to swim in their pool. The internet has also not been very reliable. It tends to be very intermittent. The last thing I’d like to note that it would have been nice to have toilet paper for our stay. I’ve never had a rental that I had to go out and buy toilet paper

It was nice that Gustavo from Vacasa contacted us via WhatsApp, gave us driving directions and was available to answer all questions. The condo is located in the area with upscale hotels and condominiums. There is the small supermarket and some restaurants a few steps away. The entrance to the condominiums is gated with the security staff. The condo has everything you need for the enjoyable stay. There were some boogie boards, beach chairs and pool noodles in the closet. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. We enjoyed sitting on the patio chairs watching sunsets. Nice pool with updated tiles and new cabana. The pool pictures must be outdated. Now it looks much nicer. The beach was a few steps away, beautiful palm trees, white sand. Water warm and clean. Kids enjoyed playing in the waves.

Some lightbulbs in the unit were burned out and switches were broken. We did not have good lighting above the dining table. The bed in the main bedroom is squeaky and tend to move around on the slippery tile floor. No dishwasher. Some things which did not match booking listing: No hairdryer in the unit No ice maker - water not connected in the freezer No daily housekeeping
