Great apartman with everything you need, great view, very nice owner.

The room was okay-ish, the bedroom quite simple but it could have been better in the sense that the interior design was too simple. The location is quite central in Kryopigi and we found parking across the street or nearby easily. The rooms with a sea view had a nice view indeed.

No cleaning or at least making the bed throughout the entire stay, which was very weird and unexpected. We have visited a lot of hotels and rooms to let in Halkidiki but they all cleaned the 2nd day and had a maid do the beds every day. The kitchen didnt have a lot of utensils. The bathroom was old and tiny!!

The view from the front of the apartament was amazing, however the balcony is in front of the apartament enterence, it doesnt have the balcony in the back like you would expect. The host was really nice and she waited for us to check in late (after 10pm). We really appreciate it. The apartment was renovated nicelly but the bathroom was not. The bathroom is really small, especially the shower, it looks outdated and is not confortable. The apartament was clean and the mattress is confortable. If you are looking for a peaceful place where you can sleep without being disturbed by noise, this is not the place for you. It is loud from the other apartments. We couldnt sleep well all 4 nights. The locations is really nice, it is close to all the restaurants, shops and clubs, and the beach is 5 minutes drive. We didnt like this beach so much compared to most beaches around Halkidiki because it was more dirty then the others.

Overall, we were satisfied with the place but we will not stay here again because: - the bathroom (shower) is very small, outdated and unconfortable - the kitchen sink is very small and even washing a plate will make a mess with a lot of water spiling on the counter (no matter how careful you try to be) - the fan above the stove is very big and positioned wrong, therefore it is very easy to hit your head there (I hit my head at least 5 times) - is is loud at apartament so we couldnt sleep well ( we closed all the windows and it was still very loud, especially early in the morning) - there were no mosquito nets so we had a problem with mosquitos and with other bugs( they provide mosquito repelent that plugs in but because of health issues we cannot tolarated) - we didnt like the closby beach that much compared with other beaches in Halkidiki beacuse it was dirty. We tried driving 10-15 to go to orher beaches and flund that the other beaches on this coast were very crowded.

Everything was great

Comfortable, spacious and clean. Good value for money. I recommend it if you decide to vacation in Chalkidiki.

We enjoyed our stay at Seaview studios. Room was comfortable and clean, owners were kind and helpful, kitchen was big and had all the necessary things( even wine glasses to enjoy the view of the balcony).Outside of the room it was a big terrace with amazing view of the sea, especially in the early morning watching the sunrise which I highly reccomend. Next to the house there is supermarket and a restaurant and also the center of Kriopigi with other bars and restaurants. There is a free pariking in front of the house.

Magda, the owner was so kind and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Perfect location, it is in the centre of Kriopigi. The seaview is amazing what you can enjoy from the terrace. The apartment is suitable for short and longer stay. The beach is 15 minute walk.

The wi-fi was slow.

host was superfriendly, invited us for a complimentary breakfast on the last of our stay and helped us a lot with our freetime activities on the island. Room was nice and perfect value for money!

the beds could have been a bit more comfier and bigger, but host said that this will happen very soon in the future :)

Magdalena is the best host in the world. Helpful and always smiling :)) The view is amazing, apartment was absolutely clean.

The apartment was very cosy and nice, equipped with everything needed and furnished with attention to the detail

It is a little noisy as it is on the main road, but nothing dramatic :)
