The setting is so beautiful in between mangroves. Bungalows are nicely decorated and the location is calm, yet close to Tulum highlights.

There was no power at times during the day.

Nothing ! Everything was excellent

the location was perfect for where i wanted to be. also, the bungalow was spectacular and very clean. there are so many outside places to sit and relax, as well as the pool area which was nice and quiet during my stay. there is a lookout point that is absolutely marvelous. and the host, Rosario made sure my arrival went smoothly, even after i was delayed a few hours. i am 100% staying here again, and every time i come back to Tulum.

The villa was extremely clean, the property was beautiful and great location near local beach clubs. The staff were very attentive and extremely helpful.

we are attracted to it by its low environmental impact appeal of using solar energy. The garden is nice and relaxing.

THE NOISE!!! when we booked we specifically requested a quiet room, only to find out in the evening there is a generator running right next to the apartment assigned to us, all night long!!! We couldn’t fall asleep and reached out to manager by What’sApp, and they say they have no control over it. We decided to check out after the first night, and they refuse to refund the remaining two nights. We are still working with Booking.com and our credit card company to get the $700+ back. Also, hot water not working right. It came out rusty red and was on and off in the shower. Water dispenser and switches are not clean.

We really enjoyed spending our week at Vida Silvestre. The staff was very welcoming, and the cabin was very beautiful.

The size of the room, the ambience, quiet and unique.

I'll suggest big repellant and also cleaning of the rooms. Also provide laundry service since you can't iron clothes there.

Quieter than some of the big hotels and felt very private. Beautiful grounds and very peaceful. Loved sitting in the hammock on the bedroom balcony in the morning with a coffee. Watching sunset in the canopy was beautiful!
