Missing hairdryer, even after I asked for one they still didn’t provide it. Also Only one generic bottle of liquid soap is provided in each bathroom for washing your hands, your hairs, and your body. This needs improvement. Not enough towels even according to their policy. I think the house keeper wasn’t doing his or her job. The wood panels encased the bathroom mirrors are dirty. It covered with spits from previous guests.

Beautiful home with good amenities. Lots of linens/towels, including beach towels which was great. Very spacious. AC control in each room is fantastic. Loved having a washing machine/dryer. Despite being in an apartment complex, it was very quiet and felt very secure.

Although I got lots of information (emails and booking.com notifications) before our arrival, several of the links provided did not work and it was completely unclear how we were getting access to the property. Ultimately we picked up keys from the security guard, despite the emails/booking.com notifications saying there was a code, just click on the (broken) link to see it. The emails/notifications also provided a broken link to a guide on using a lockbox - which it turns out the property doesn't have. Vacasa initially couldn't/wouldn't provide clarification and wanted me to contact the host personally which seems to defeat the point of having an agency manage the property. You would also think they would want the correct information for themselves so they're sending the right information to future guests. We were given only 1 key for access which was inconvenient when my family split up to do different activities and one group had to return to let the other in. More keys or a lockbox should really be considered - especially in a town where guests might need to leave a key laying around on a beach while they surf. There was minimal/limited hot water - at first we had none, but we found one hot water tank that seemed to serve one bathroom and were able to take warm showers there after we turned the heater up. However there was no hot water in the master bath, the jacuzzi tub (making it unusable) or in the kitchen for washing dishes/running the dishwasher. The oven did not work. Beds are exceptionally firm, which I suppose is great for those that like that, but a medium bed would be better to suit a wider variety of comfort levels. Location is ok - the walk to Tamarindo is borderline too long but perhaps worthwhile because of the minimal parking in town.

The location was good. Very short walk to public beach access. .08 mile flat walk to downtown Tamarindo. Complex the apartment is located in is pretty quiet. Clean. A/C worked great! Nice balcony to enjoy. Full-sized Shampoo, Conditioner and Soaps were complimentary.

Kitchen is not very well stocked. Old pots and pans, No storage containers. Dishwasher did not clean well. Handwashed our dishes instead. No rugs anywhere and no vacuum to clean sandy floors. Concierge was NOT responsive to our questions or requests.
