Apartamento muy limpio y espacioso, con habitaciones amplias con armarios grandes, un salón grande, cocina también grande, muy bien equipad. El trato de la chica que nos recibió y nos dio instrucciones fue estupendo. Barrio tranquilo pero cerca de las zonas de fiesta y de turismo.

La plaza de garaje era algo pequeña, un coche grande tipo todoterreno o sub lo tendría complicado.

Very spacious Well equipped

The location was great and the apartment is spacious with almost all necessary appliances.

We were 6 people and all of us got the feeling that the bed sheets are not very clean, we could see hair on the sheets and pillows which is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Stains could be seen on the sheets as well. We also had to wash all the dishes before using them, as they had not been cleaned properly. The showers need some renovation soon, as the floor had become yellow and a bit unpleasant. There weren´t any kettles or coffee makers in the apartment, which is quite strange (besides this, the kitchen had all other necessary appliances). The host suggested parking in a nearby public parking which was 18 euros per night (quite expensive). We found a much cheaper parking just a block away (I wish someone had told us this in advance).

The apartment is modern and it looks like on the pictures. One of the shower drainages was clogged, flooding the bathroom after a short shower. Within 15 hours someone solved the issue and provided two extra dry towels, which was a nice gesture given the fact there was a one-towel-per-guest policy and, when we desperately looked for more towels, we could only find a lighter and more ashtrays (there were many in the house).

Before our stay, we tried to book the "on-site parking spot", but we were told there was no such thing and we had to make use of a public parking at walking distance. Upon arrival, there was one of the bedrooms locked, although we had booked the whole apartment; we were told that, when there are only four guests, it is kept locked but that they would make an exception for us leaving it open. The apartment stank, result of the tobacco smoke and the animal smells present on the textiles, mixed with a pungent odorant that intends to cover those bad smells. Its design is guest-unfriendly: despite of all the empty space, there was no furniture to leave our luggage and used clothes in the bedrooms (just a built-in closet), the "socket near the bed" was just one and already in use by the lamp, in the bathroom there were no hooks to leave wet towels (only the radiator which was occupied by the hand towel) and, regarding to laundry, there was no "drying rack for clothing" available and the iron board was broken.
