مستوا النظافة ضعيف , اعطوني غرفة غير المحجوزة في بوكينق وبعد المطالبة أخذت غرفة حسب الجز
وحجزت مع وجبة إفطار بوفيه ولم يكن متوفر.والحل يسويلك فطور حسب طلبك والمتوفر عندهم

Sono stato in 12/11/2023 , ho fatto check in al 1 di notte dopo il mio arrivo da Milano, il ricevimento non é adatto per fare questo lavoro non é stato in grado di spiegarmi niente della albergo e che servizio offrono. Durante che sto facendo il check in è arrivato una persona al ricevimento che chiede una porta cenere al ricevimento fissandomi come uno che vuole qualcosa da me , una ambiente strano, prima di entrare al albergo mi avvicinato una persona al entrata e mi chiede cosa voglio in una atteggiamento aggressivo ho risposto se mai hanno trasferito il ricevimento al porta. Insomma una ambiente non professionale e le persone dentro che lavoro sono inadatti per questo lavoro

Receptionist tried to increase the price to shift us to a different room same size same everything.
Bathroom was not clean enough. We saw many suspicious things in the lobby hall and we weren't feeling comfortable at all.

It’s to annoying was loud music the room was in the street side and some one knock the door at 2 AM in the morning and cold not sleep the hole night

They upgraded us to a larger room thanks to the staff and the manger .
Free Bottled water for the first night was supplied. Coffee making facilities Breakfast staff are very helpful and always check if we need anything.
They were very concerned when we told them that the room was not cleaned well, they straight away got the cleaning staff to clean it again and provided everything we needed including extra luggage rack .Next day we could see the housekeeping supervisor on the floors and in the room making sure rooms are well cleaned daily and after checkout. We stayed again in the same property 10 days later and when we checked in the room was very clean .
The safe box in room 305 was missing and was not replaced during our 5 day stay or upon our return 10 days later .
The bedside table in same room was broken and was nit fixed .

Not all the facilities mentioned in Booking.com is not available. Too small rooms and bathroom. Bad smells from the bathroom. Not all the minibar items are free.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel! After a long trip from Wadi Rum, we were thrilled to find a clean and cozy hotel with the most comfortable beds ever. The staff deserves 10 stars for their exceptional service. They made our stay truly memorable.
We had no trouble parking our car, which was a relief. And let's talk about the food - it was absolutely delicious! We couldn't get enough of the mouthwatering dishes served at the hotel.
The location of the hotel is also fantastic, surrounded by beautiful surroundings. We can't thank you enough for such a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back again in the future!

Although the property location is fine, however we asked the staff may times to update the location on their maps, when seeking the location through location it provides wrong place.
The price is 10 JDs higher than the previous stay last Dec.2022

We already had good experience last year, so we decided to come back.
The hotel is very conveniently located, close to 7th Circle and the JETT Bus station. Great shopping and dining opportunities nearby.
Rooms are clean and well equipped. Reasonably priced.
My daughter didn't like the smell of the washing powder and/or fabric softener on the pillow cases.
One of the reading lights didn't work in our room.
There were no instructions on how to open and close the safe.
