Das Hotel ist wirklich toll. Die Anlage ist unglaublich schön! Wir hatten einen super schönen Bungalow mit Terrasse. Alles sehr neu. Das Personal ist unglaublich nett. Man fühlt sich total wohl und sicher. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

De padelbaan aangrenzend aan het complex was top! Super grote kamer en voelt allemaal heel luxe aan. Op een paar minuten rijden van het centrum van Knysna.

Voor zo’n groot en luxe complex hadden we eigenlijk wel verwacht dat er tijdens de loadshedding generators zijn die in ieder geval licht op de kamer geven. Er was alleen een soort noodlamp, wat het ongezellig maakte om op je kamer te zitten ‘s avonds.

Breakfast was great! Rooms spacious, beds very comfortable, great bathroom and shower.

DSTv channel bouquet disappointing - cannot get channel 201/211 in bedroom, only in the bar area, and it is the most basic sporting channel. If it was the rugby world cup it would have been a disaster!

The beds in the room were incredibly comfortable, breakfast was tasty and the grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed time relaxing by the pool

For the cost - you would have liked to have the room fully functional at load shedding. Not just wifi. The location is a short drive to the main Knysna strip

This was a wonderful find. The staff was warm and kind. Our waiter at the hotel restaurant was amazing. He was funny and helpful. The food was very good. The hotel grounds were well kept. We have never seen so many stars in the sky.

The load shedding was unexpected. Although there was a schedule for when the daily load shedding would happen, we weren’t told right away. I was in the shower the first night we lost power. Not a big deal. Great hotel.

Breakfast excellent, very good location. Comfortable and lekker big bed.

we had a coffee and a smoke on the patio and the door closed and we were locked out, the card, phones etc. were in the room and its midnight. Nobody on duty, no security guy and no number displayed for emergency. we had to wake up our neighbor and she found on google an emergency number , finally somebody came and opened our door. An establishment of this kind should have a night duty person or at least a number for emergency displayed.!

We had a wonderful stay at Knysna Hollow Estate. The accommodation is spacious, modern, clean and the bed is very comfortable (A comfy bed is one of my must have’s). The staff were all super friendly and Cheryl, one of the manager’s, was efficient and could not have been more helpful.

There was nothing we didn’t like to be honest.
