The inside cleanliness was awesome. Daily cleaning of rooms was top notch. The bathrooms were great. Location was good.

The lobby needs work. And the strong unpleasant smell.

Their rooms are nice, spacious and clean and the beds are comfortable. Their front desk staff were excellent and fantastic especially Albert, who made sure we received the best of services and hospitality.

Noble house is a good place to stay, all I can say is that they should maintain this good standard. Their staff are excellent and their services are good.

The restaurant was fine and breakfast was good. The room was beautiful

The receptionists were not smiling or welcoming as they should. The heater was faulty at a point and the hotel staff improvised.

Upon arrival at Noble House in Kumasi, I was greeted by the very friendly staff. They were helpful and efficient in getting me and the family member I traveled with situated quickly. I spoke with Rajeev briefly and he was very hospitable. The rooms were large, clean, and newly renovated. I had a wonderfully restful stay.

While at Noble House I had a late lunch in the restaurant and the food was excellent, which is why I was so disappointed in the breakfast the next morning. I think minor and inexpensive tweaks could be made to the breakfast offerings to improve the experience.
