The experience of being so close to the zoo. Being able to see and hear the animals from the verandah was amazing. Very relaxing and still close to town if needed.

I could only fault the smoke alarm system alarming every couple of minutes continuously. When reported to Duty Service, told it would be fixed however it continuously alarmed for my 2 night stay and still wasn’t fixed on leaving. Not much sleep!! If it could have been fixed everything would have been perfect. I would still stay there again though.

Cabins were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Liked the fact there were 2 bathrooms. Perfect size for 2 couples. Lovely views of giraffes, rhinos and local wildlife.

Modern cabins with comfortable beds, great verandah setting overlooking the Zoo Savannah in the distance. Great value & accommodating friendly staff.

Quiet, serene location next to the zoo. Was a joy to see the girraffes frolicking in the morning. The cabin was comfortable, cool and well equipped. Loved the kids playground too.

The sofa in the lounge room was very uncomfortable and squeaky.

I enjoyed the layout and the big bathtub, every staff member was super friendly and great. Hoping to return again, even though we were not as close as the zoofari lodge you can still see the animals in the savannah area. Pricing was great deal for zoo entry too.

Location was incredible, the hosts were excellent and the cabin was amazing

The BBQ looked like It hasn't been cleaned in 2 years! Other that all was good.

loved the peaceful vibe, could almost feel like you where in a safari trip. room clean and comfortable.

I was disappointed to not be that close to the animals, also you could not walk that close, that would have been a nice option given the cabins have been set back quite a distance from the actual animal enclosure. The vibe was lovely and we had good weather, the sunset was beautiful and peaceful but you needed a telescopic lens to actually see the animals. so was disappointed to find that when we arrived. we didn’t have time to visit the zoo this time, but if you where doing both it would be lovely

It was amazing to see the giraffes and rhinos from our cabin. Very spacious and great to have 2 bathrooms. Great value to include Zoo entry as we could enter unlimited times during our stay (even after checkout)

No TV in the master bedroom but one in the kids bedroom. Also a shower over the bath in the ensuite was not ideal but it was good to bath our daughter in
