This was our second stay here. We love the location. The house and resort are very clean. Eileen is a pleasure to communicate with. Thank you for having us again. We will be back.

We arrived and there was a quarter roll of toilet paper left, no paper towel, no napkins....exc. The resort pool and hot tub was very nice and safe feeling. The trailer was clean enough and had lots of towels, sheets and dishes. Anything that could be used up like detergent, bleach, saran wrap, aluminum foil etc. there were none to be found. If you need any of these things be sure to bring your own.

Nice place

The trailer was very nice, but more suited to someone with young children to stay upstairs in the tight bed room. The trailer was very cool in the front area/kitchen, and not as cool in the main bedroom. Perfect if you are getting out to go to the pools or the beach.

This was a perfect stay for my family and I. This is nestled in a small little community right on the water. I recommend this place to anyone needing a small quaint house.

Loved the location and place!

Very small bedroom which is OK but, the ceiling fan is only about 4 ft from the top of the bed. Be careful if you sit up. Upstairs bedroom? has to be crawled into, air conditioner needed serious filter change/cleaning. The Florida room is not air conditioned, the ceiling fans did not work so, utilizing it for meals or anything but a pass thru was not possible because of the heat. The entrance door could be locked with a key however the side door to the florida room could not be locked (no lock at all). No issues occurred with being unlocked. Unit needs a serious deep cleaning. When we arrived there was a dried up coffee filter w/coffee grounds in the coffee maker. Attention to details by cleaning person. There were very good beach towels, and bath towels. We also had to make the beds when we arrived. Linens were provided but, not on the beds. Owner advised that we should have called and informed her and she would have had someone fix the issues. Who wants to have cleaning or repair people rummaging around when they are on vacation. The facilities, pool, grounds, etc. were very nice. Unit just needs some love and attention. Will not house more than 3 people comfortably.

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider returning next year!

Location is amazing! Closer to the river than the beach, but close enough to the beach. Private access to the beach is very nice. We hope to stay again next June.

park model trailer is located in a beautiful spot in the park, 2 bedroom, washer dryer, screen room, ample kitchen, beach towels, it is a very laid back and peaceful stay. outdoor resorts park has outstanding amenities, pools, bath houses, fishing dock. we are looking forward to vacationing again. my only negative was the cleanliness, especially the floors, had to do some mopping, but will definitely return

Very nice clean trailer located on a quiet campground. The owner is really easy to deal with and will answer fast. I recommend this trailer to anyone.

We stayed in this unit while transistioning my parents from summer to winter in the park. Unit had everything we needed. I would recommend this unit. We will be staying here again.

We had a great time! We were steps from the pool and I felt safe with the children walking and riding scooters in the park because there was almost no traffic and everyone was very nice. We went to the zoo and the space center while here and both were great!

We discoved some great eating places close by & there were some upgrades to the Outdoor Resorts facilities since our last visit. For the $85.00 fee the cleaning company left a little something to be desired, but overall we would definitely use the facility again. It has everything one would need to have an enjoyable getaway. 4+ stars...

Helen thank you for the welcome. We lived in the vacation house and loved it. Beautiful house close to everything. The land is bordered by the river and the sea. We loved our four month winter stay! The model has everything you need to be comfortable and then some. It was wonderful being right near the river, the pool and the beautiful sunsets but also a short bike ride or walk to the beach (where there is another pool!)! The activities available in the Outdoor Resorts community were plentiful, varied and great fun - something for everyone! The people in the park are all very friendly and there is a great atmosphere there - very relaxed but also active! Eileen is always available if there is a question or a request - a very easy person to reach and to work with! Many thanks to her!

This was perfect for our family of 4. Our children could watch tv upstairs, have their own beds and space , which is good when you have 12 year old girl and 10 year old boy. We love Outdoor Resorts and Melbourne Beach, since we have family already there. I loved being near the river where we watched the sunset almost every night! It provide a lot of things already there. Nice to have the bikes to ride around. We would like to try to stay again or even tell our other family members to book the place. We loved our vacation! Thank you Eileen!
