The serenity of the property’s location.

The staff are not proactive, you have to request for everything, like on my fourth night they’re aware that the bathroom light in my room is out, I wasn’t told about it when I got back from work until I complained then I was told it would be fixed tomorrow which was never fixed and no apology that’s how I had cold bath for the rest of my stay, also the mattress was soft and old so also the sheets were old.

I love the ambiance!

Not hard to locate,

Hotel owner himself used to be present around specially evening time and he regularly asks if we are comfortable or not, once he even offered couple of drinks on his account. We liked his gesture. Property from outside looks good, location is good, right on the main road, well connected for all direction on Victoria island.

Property isn't well maintained from inside. Rooms are just OK, restaurant staff aren't trained well. All 6 days we had exact same breakfast, no varieties offered. Kitchen staff needs to be quicker in service. Wifi is provided by user name and password printed on small piece of paper, half of them do not work...

The location was pretty nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The freshly cooked meal was tasty. AC was very comfortable.

The WiFi wasn't working, what was very annoying. The shower could be more comfortable. The pool was empty.
