Great property. Everything was well provisioned. Only issue, no air fryer and toaster did not work. Definitely a thumbs up.

The house was perfect for us. Very clean, plenty of room to sleep and hang out in the living and kitchen area in the evenings. Beach access was only a few short steps which made it very easy to bring our beach gear down. Would stay here again!

We had such a great time at this property. Literally steps away from the beach with a private beach feel. The town is not commercialized at all, which was pretty nice. Everything you’ll need is at the Big Store, but upcharged big time. House was perfect for our group with room to spare. All appliances worked perfect, ac worked great, beds were comfy, amazing views just great property. The only two complaints I’d have both have to deal with bugs. The mosquitoes were something out of a movie, the property owners could not help that at all. They were everywhere outside by anything that had grass. The bugs in the house were our only issue with house. You could tell they have been treating the house because they would show up in new places dead after just being swept. Mostly wore shoes in the house because of this reason. We did not contact owners because there wouldn’t be enough time to kill them all if they were to spray. Like I said though, everything was absolutely perfect except that. Would definitely consider coming back if only one issue was corrected.

We had such a great time! This house was perfect and just steps away from the beach! The porch offered a perfect place to watch the sun rise and set and for star gazing! The house had everything we needed and more. Overall it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!

Wow! The home was so beautiful and decorated really nice. We ate in, and had everything we needed to cook. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. And the huge island was wonderful for dining and playing games. The house is literally steps from the beach! And because it's at the less crowded end of the Peninsula, it was like having our own private beach behind the house! We were there on a Saturday thru Tues, and on the weekdays the beach was almost empty! My 10 year olds loved collecting seashells. There are so many! I also loved that the house had toys for the kids. Board games, dvds, Lincoln Logs and other toys. It was an amazing stay! I definitely want to go back next summer! The ONLY minor complaint is that the two king beds could use new mattresses. They weren't horrific, but could definitely use an upgrade. But aside from that, it was an amazing stay!

We had a wonderful vacation at Splash. The house is mere steps from the beach. The bunk room had books and games for children of all ages. It had everything we could have wanted on our vacation.

Right on the beach, and far enough way from the touristy areas that we had the beach all to ourselves. Great beach combing. Property even has a shell washing tray, and an outdoor shower. clean, modern, comfortable. great patio. will go here again.

Awesome place! House had everything you need. Being on the beach was awesome! Loved watching the sunrise every morning and looking for seashells! And seeing dolphins swim by was a bonus!!

We stayed at Splash as a Christmas present for our family. We had an amazing time and the memories are priceless! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. My girls loved the kids room and all the thoughtful decor. The proximity to the beach was perfect and we found lots of treasures to take home.

The views Were phenomenal from every room. It just felt like we were sleeping on the water, perfect for a couple very romantic and unlike most Galveston or Bolivar homes I have rented here for winter weekends this place was actually decorated well without all the tacky stuff

We really enjoyed our stay. We rode up and down the beach with our golf cart, collected sea glass and had a blast.

This was one of our favorite rentals to date! We initially booked for the view and proximity to the water (which was incredible) but the cleanliness and attention to detail was also amazing. I appreciated so much the small things like providing a night light, stool and games for the children. It’s about 10 minutes or so from restaurants but absolutely worth it to be on a quiet area of the beach. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for our beach vacation. We’ve been coming to Port Bolivar for years but this was our first time renting a house and let me tell you, we will be back! This house was beautiful, clean, close to the beach and peaceful. We had no problems whatsoever. Would recommend 10 out of 10 for this wonderful place!

House was clean and well equipped and maintained. We had a bit of trouble with the A/C, and the property manager handled it very quickly. The path from house to the fairly quiet beach could not be shorter or more direct.

Our family has stayed at Splash for 2 years. We love the location on an uncrowded beach. The house with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths works well for our group of 10. I gave 4 stars on location due to the house's proximity to Hwy 87. You can hear road noise in one of the bedrooms at night. But this is not a deal breaker. Out grandkids love the beach, the seashells, the birds and being able to stay near the water all day. The adults appreciate the sparse crowds and the fishermen in our group usually have pretty good luck.

Super clean, had everything we needed and more! Very spacious.

Very clean house, better than the pictures. I felt that it was clean and well stocked with towels, laundry detergent and hand soap, dish soap, etc. We were very impressed with the house, and how close it is to the beach. Nice sized pantry and the kitchen was great. Home away from home for sure! Wish I’d brought a good frying pan, and the pocket door to the second master as well as the bathroom off the living room don’t lock, but that wasn’t a big deal. We will stay here again!
