Que diriez-vous de pouvoir visiter l'incroyable patrimoine monumental de Rome sans l'obligation de vivre le rythme stressant de la capitale? Et si en vous réveillant le matin vous laissiez vos yeux se perdrent dans les couleurs intenses de la mer, pendant que vous prenez votre petit-déjeuner?Ici vous pouvez faire ceci et encore bien d'autre,vous trouvant à 6km des necropoles étrusques de Cerveteri (site UNESCO) et 20 minutes du romantique lac de Bracciano avec son chateau (où les stars de holliwood viennent se marier).Peut-etre que vous aimeriez faire un pique-nique dans le bois de Manziana et allez un peu plus loin vers la médiévale Tolfa pour assistere au festival de jazz (Aout). Quand vous voudrez aller à Rome il vous suffira de marcher jusqu'à la gare et prendre le train qui vous portera à S.Pierre en 22 min. Et si vous vouliez vous reposer ? Vous pourriez rester à la maison et passer la journée entre piscine(de mi-juin à mi-septembre)terrain de tennis et la plage(20 mt). Nous sommes deux professionnels de la restauration de haut niveau (je suis Française),mon mari est sommelier et si vous vouliez découvrir les vins de la région faites le nous savoir,il sera à votre disposition. Marina di Palo(Ladispoli)est un des lieux de villégature d'été des romains , pleine de bars et restaurants, l'été l'endroit devient très peuplé et d'hiver un oasis de paix et tranquilité !

This accomodation has everything you need, well equipped kitchen, nice and clean. The owner, Claudio gave us a very warm welcome and give us many useful tips about things to do and so on. We can really recommend this accomodation.

The flat is in a typical italian apartmenthouse and we got best ideas about ìtalian way of living`, much more than you can get in a hotel. The house is quiet, save (also private parking) and the apartment was absolutely clean and offered all we needed. It was a pleasure to sit on the balcony in the evening and to talk about the things we saw in Rome before. The beach is only some footsteps away and the supermarkets are just around the corner. Claudio and his parents were very kind and the best hosts. For our next trip to Rome Claudio´s apartment is our first choice. Thank you!

My wife, three young children and I have been traveling around Europe and Morocco for the past 3 years and Claudio's beach home was one the highlights of our adventure so far. The apartment was clean, spacious and perfectly located for our visit to Rome (Rome is only a short train ride away). We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back to stay with Claudio again. Claudio was an amazing host and he was quite helpful with giving us advice on what to see in the surrounding area as well.

The flat is very comfortable, you can find everything what you need - all the stuff in the kitchen, very spacious and cozy. The pictures on the website show the real view. The beach is very close, the whole complex is very safe, you can use the pool and a tenis court too. All shops and restaurants few minutes walk. The owners very helpful.

This apartment is perfect.The seaview and sunset make it a very special place. Everything is provided.
The owner helps in anyway he can, He met me at the airport and drove to the apartment free of charge (a taxi is 90 euros). I did not want to leave.

"We had a fantastic time at this apartment, Claudio and Noelle were lovely and could not do enough to help us. The apartment has everything you need, and it is only a 15min walk from the train station from where you can be in Rome in 30mins. Would recommend staying here."

"We liked this place a lot. Close to the beach and everything you need as supermarket, restaurants, trainstation etc. The apartment is well equipped and has a lovely view to the sea and sunset. The swimming pool is already closed at mid september when the season is off. But then it is very quiet.
The landlord is very nice and helpful, speaks italian, english and french. The neighbourhood is residential, not only holiday appartments."
