Just returned from 18 day vacation . As stated in other reviews this apartment is superb ,spotlessly clean and very well situated a short distance from the beach and nice restaurants. The private balcony is very large and gets the sun all day.We had a superb holiday and disappointed we had to leave. Great value for money Will be booking this apartment again the next time we visit Cyprus. Many thanks to Andrea for sharing her property with us. .

Great apartment in a pretty convenient location, just behind the hotels. A 5 minute walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. We caught a bus into Ayia Napa which cost about 1.5 Euro. Communication with Andrea was great in the UK and Costas was fantastic when we arrived. He called to see us on our first day, unfortunately we were out, so he called and we spoke on phone. He was available to help with our needs and he and Andrea arranged our airport transfers. Would recommend this property and the management.

Property is well equipped and spacious for a one bedroom with an amazing terrace that has the sun all day. Ideally located to be accessible for everything and yet far enough from the main resort to be peaceful. The property manager was really helpful and on hand to respond to queries. Only one comment is that some sites advertise this property with two shower rooms but there is in fact only one bathroom and another toilet with sink, but manageable with smaller groups. Highly recommend and value for money.

The apartment overall is very clean & well equipped. It’s in a good location far enough out of Ayia Napa if you didn’t want too much excitement. A nice relaxing 5-10 min stroll to the lovely beach & some bars & restaurants.

From our first contact with Andrea, everything was made easy, her response to our emails and our requests were professional and prompt. Andrea arranged a taxi for us from the airport and supplied us with all the information we needed to access the property, which made everything run smoothly. The apartment itself was just as advertised. The location was excellent, it is a 5 minute walk to the beach and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The walk into the town centre is easy as well. It was an added bonus that the apartment had WiFi, I did not expect this. I would recommend this apartment to anybody wishing to visit Ayia Napa and I would choose to stay here again.

This apartment is in a fantastic location only 5 minutes walk from Nissi Beach, plenty of family friendly resturants & shops close by but far enough from the centre of Aiya Napa to for it to be relaxed. The apartment was lovely and clean, the balcony is a real sun trap with views of the sea & the pool is only a minutes walk away.....can highly recommend stopping here

Initially I was hoping the transfer to the property was going to be arranged, htere was a lack of contact until I reached Larnaca airport where I recieved entry information for the property. Costas was available when the power went and arrived promptly to resolve the issue and show me what to do if the situation arose agan. I was very happy with the property in general, also the location. My only disappointment was that I had nobody check the property before or after my stay.

An absolutely fantastic penthouse apartment. Exactly as shown on the photographs. Andrea replied promptly to any messages, arranged airport transfers etc. We could not fault the property which is 5 minutes walk to fabulous Nissi beach although most of our time was spent on the enormous terrace that the apartment has which has the sun on it from morning until night. We will definitely return when we next visit this part of the Island. Many Thanks again to Andrea.

A wonderful apartment had everything you could think of. Nice views. Not too far away from Ayia Napa but far enough from the hustle & bustle. A nice leisurely walk to a couple of beaches.

Found this apartment and couldn't wait to book. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, we never sat in living room as the balcony is amazing . Sun all day long . Andrea is great ,anything you want to know she is just a text away,she arranged our transfer from the airport and it was perfect . Costas called round the following day to make sure everything was ok . 10 days was over too soon ,wish I was still there.

We have just returned from a lovely holiday staying in this beautiful apartment. The apartment was spacious, spotless and very well equipped containing everything that you would need including full oven,microwave, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, lovely soft towels and bedding.The decor is lovely with very comfortable furniture. It has a big balcony, very well furnished with views of the sea. Being south facing it benefits from the sun from early morning to dusk. It is in a great position, very quiet and relaxing and just across from the swimming pool which was never busy. When myself and my husband used it there was no one else in it. It is just a short walk across to Nissi beach with its beautiful beach, bars and water sports. You can walk into Ayia Napa or use the taxis or frequent bus service. The marina in Ayia Napa is very nice to walk around with restaurants and bars. Jello;s down by the marina sells delicious.food and wonderful cocktails which are half price up to 20.00.The Queen Vic is also good for food and entertainment. Andrea was very helpful throughout the booking procedure and dealt with any queries I had leading up to our holiday very quickly and efficiently. The transfer arranged with her was very good The driver was on time, he helped with our cases and ensured that we were in the apartment before he left us. Costas the manager in Cyprus was only a call away to help with any queries we had during our holiday. I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment if you are considering a holiday in Cyprus. We hope to return sometime in the future.

We were In Cyprus for a wedding that was taking place at the Nissi Beach Hotel. The location of the apartment was brilliant for us. 10 Minutes walk to the hotel and beach although we would recommend Lande beach which is much quieter. The complex on which the apartment was sited had been thoughtfully designed and consisted of apartments and villas. We felt that this apartment had one of the best positions on the site. It was on the edge of the complex and was not overlooked by any of the other properties. It had extensive views over the surrounding area including sea views. The apartment is a good size and well equipped, although it would benefit from wifi (all the local restaurants provided free wifi). There is a very large terrace that is south facing - great for sun lovers like ourselves. We met with Costas on a couple of occasions and he was able to resolve any minor problems. Communication with Andrea the owner was good, she always responded quickly to any e-mails and she arranged our transfers to and from the apartment which was great. We spent two weeks in this apartment and felt as though we had been away for ages, it was so peaceful. We would certainly recommend the apartment for its location and comfort - you won't be disappointed. We decided not to hire a car, there are plenty of taxis and buses on a regular basis. We ate out every night - the restaurants are only a 10 minute walk away and we did not have one bad meal - loved the Asador and would recommend a visit to the harbour for an evening meal. If you need a hairdressers, thoroughly recommend 'Anna's Hair & Beauty Salon' - I went twice I was so impressed (20 minute walk away or a couple of minutes in a taxi). Can the apartment be improved on? Yes - we arrived late at night and were very tired but we had to go out to get essential provisions like water. A welcome pack would have been extremely helpful. We have no reservations in recommending Andrea's apartment.

We have just returned from this property. We booked it for a 2 week stay for a family holiday / wedding. Location was fantastic only 5 min walk to nissi beach resort where the wedding was taking place. This property has everything you could possibly need. It's location is great not too far from anything, shops, restaurants at the bottom of the street and beach only 5 min away. I would highly recommend this property the owner Andrea is so helpful nothing is too much bother for her she even arranged our private transfers which was so much easier and hassle free. we will return again in the future. If there was one thing i could add to this property it would be internet access. Thanks alot Andrea.

We had a fabulous stay at this apartment. Everything you needed was there and was lovely to come back to after a day out, so peaceful. Just a short walk from the beach and some lovely restaurants. We were a little apprehensive, as we have never booked direct before, we had no reason to be, we were well looked after. Thank you Andrea and Costa.

The property was immaculately clean on arrival and tucked away nicely from the main road. A short walk to the lovely Nissi Bay so if you want a beach holiday this property is ideally situated. local amenities and services also just a short walk from the apartment, i.e. shops, bars, restaurants, bus services all a stroll away. The apartment itself has everything you need if you fancy some nights in. We stayed for 10 nights and spent 2 of them in the apartment, cooking & watching TV which was very relaxing. Nearby local hotels also have entertainment on 3 or 4 nights a week which you can go to. Its not West End but there's music and dancing if you fancy a boogy. All things considered we had a great time and i would recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa in Murla (June 2015). The villa is spacious and excellently furnished with loads of areas to relax, chill and enjoy. The facilities are brilliant and it would be perfect for a group of adults (with or without kids). The village of Murla is very small and quiet however there is a very friendly spanish bar which is within walking distance for a coffee in the morning or a G&T in the sun. Plenty of good restaurants nearby: The nearest being Nui Portet (Steaks etc, great for a more formal evening) In Orba which is probably the nearest/largest place is only a 5-10 minute drive. The restaurant that we thoroughly recommend here is Pizza Orba. Everything we ate here was of the highest quality and was very cheap too! (table for 4, starters, wine, cocktails, main course, coffee, liqueur etc = 60-70 Euros!!) Well worth a visit (or two!) In the centre of Orba you'll find a small square with a couple of bar/tapas cafes which are excellent too. Slightly further away is Jalon (spelt Xalo locally) which also has plenty to see and do. lots of little cafes/bars and restaurants and we suggest you the Hallelujah bar (Casa Aleluya - opposite the tourist info centre). Great tapas, Spanish/family owned and managed. The market in Jalon is on Saturdays until 2pm and is definitely worth a visit. Further afield, there some great drive up the mountains where you'll find some excellent restaurants too. Heading out of Orba towards Fleix you will find 'Caball Verde' (an excellent restaurant with outstanding views across the finca towards the see /Denia. Heading out of Jalon towards Bernia, you will eventually come to a restaurant in the hills called Verde Vent. They open at 1pm and offer a 5 course meal including wine for only 18Euros! excellent food - perfect for sunday lunch! To summarise, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in the villa, can certainly recommend to anyone and will certainly be back again soon.

We had a great week here for our daughters wedding at the hotel opposite these apartments. The listing on this website is accurate and the apartment really is home from home. They have everything you would want for a perfect self catering holiday. Spotlessly clean upon our arrival, comfortable bed and the balcony south facing is just the best with views to be envious of. The manager Costas dropped by our first morning to check everything was in order. We had the communal pool to ourselves quite a bit of the time and it was also spotlessly clean. We were close to lots of lovely restaurants and of course the beach, fantastic location. Would thoroughly recommend this property to our family and friends. Thank you Andrea and team all fab.

You will not be disappointed with this apartment its lovely throughtout. The balcony is spacious with comfortable rattan furniture there are plenty of towels and linen also crockery, although we ate out we didn't make use of kitchen. There are few nice restaurants. We stayed in Nissi beach as our friend got married at Nissi beach hotel which was only 5 mins away. I would recommend this apartment rather than staying in a hotel as it was lovely to come back and sit on the balcony, we found it more relaxing.

This is a lovely apartment with everything provided for you to make it an enjoyable holiday. Located in a quiet location yet only a couple of minutes walk of restaurants etc. A nice easy walk in to Ayia Nappa for the marina and the great restaurants there. Highly recommended, you wont be disappointed booking this apartment.

We rented this apartment so we could be near Nissi Beach Hotel for my granddaughter's wedding. We couldn't have picked a better one..it was practically across the road from us and only a few minutes walk to plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets also just a short 5 min walk away is Nissi Beach. As for the apartment it was spot on, everything that you could possibly need was there,plenty of towels and sheets and no shortness of china or cutlery or pots and pans. Everything is of the best quality very nicely laid out. Costas was the most helpful manager we have met,if you had a problem you just had to text him and he would come over and sort it straight away and he is the nicest man and can help you to find your way around as well as arranging your transfers both ways. We have already booked this apartment for our holiday next year and would recommend it to anyone who wants a beautiful apartment in a very quiet but convenient place. We didn't find we needed a car as it was just as easy to take a taxi and there is a bus that you can get on the main road to get to places so easy.. Communications with both the owner and Costas was excellent they will do everything they can to make your holiday a great one, nothing is too much trouble for them.
