La splendeur du lac de Côme en son centre, avec ses villas, jardins botaniques et musées au charme unique au monde, mérite d'être visitée et admirée par une (quoique petite) résidence qui jouit de leur vue et d'un certain luxe moderne .
Vous aurez également un parc spectaculaire derrière le bâtiment à l'usage exclusif du bâtiment pour vous détendre et profiter d'une vue pittoresque de Bellagio à partir de là. Vous disposerez également d'un parking privé à usage exclusif toujours derrière la maison, avec accès à la maison et ascenseur à l'étage. Communication from the owner, Andrea, was very poor. A week before our arrival, I reached out asking for arrival information and received an email back 3 days before our arrival asking for our contact info and arrival time. We provided that information and again asked for check in information. We let him know we were driving up from Tuscany that morning (5 hour drive). For the first 3 hours of the drive we continued to ask..:finally just under 2 hours before arrival we received the check in information.
We were so frustrated by the lack of and poor information, that we stayed in another location (losing our entire payment).
Anyone booking with Andrea should be forewarned of extremely poor communication and follow up

This apartment is exactly like the pictures. It is well decorated with nice touches. Location is great as it has a water view, and very close to the ferries and buses which take you anywhere you need to go in Como. It was quiet, comfortable, and convenient. Highly recommend.

Unbelievably amazing in every way
Our host, Andrea, made this experience very personal and charming, from the fresh fruit and Prosecco to his personal introduction to the property. He was available any time we needed him (including recommendations for local doctors), and he occasionally notified us by text of local events coming up, but he was never intrusive of our privacy in any way. We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful apartment with its little balcony, where we could people watch while eating breakfast. We were right on the water, perhaps 2 blocks from the ferry to Bellagio, and very close to villas that were available to tour. This was by far the best VRBO rental that we have had, and I highly recommend it and its wonderful host! Many thanks, Andrea!

Over the top fantastic!
I can not say enough good things about this apartment and Lake Como. The location is absolutely the best on the lake. It is situated between two ferry stops with many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The restaurant on the bottom floor of the building is wonderful. The service provided by Andrea was above and beyond the expected. Wine and fruit waiting our arrival. Prompt response and great English. The apartment is suited with absolutely everything you need. Best of all is the perfect view from the balcony and through every room in the apartment overlooking the lake and Bellaggio. Everything is new and clean. Completely stocked kitchen. I could have stayed forever. This is by far the best HomeAway rental I've ever had! Thank you Andrea.
